Comfortable living room with lots of sunshine coming in - California Vacation Relax and enjoy this two bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. There is a private back yard with a bocce ball court, barbecue and fire pit. This abode is nicely furnished with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, cable television, broadband internet and a flat screen television in the master bedroom. If you enjoy long walks on the beach, this is the place to vacation. We are located one block from Seascape Resort. Once at the resort, take the cement path down to the beach and you can walk forever. On one side, you can walk to Sunset Beach. On the other side, you may walk all the way to Capitola At the Seascape Resort enjoy Sanderlings Restaurant or have a refreshing libation in their bar. Across the street, the Seascape Sports Club allows you a view of the tennis courts. Down the block enjoy the amenities of Seascape Village which features a Mexican restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and a pizza parlor. In addition, you may do your grocery shopping or have a cup of coffee at the coffee shop.
