If you enjoy long walks on the beach, this is the place to vacation. We are located one block from Seascape Resort. Once at the resort, take the cement path down to the beach and you can walk forever. On one side, you can walk to Sunset Beach. On the other side, you may walk all the way to Capitola
At the Seascape Resort enjoy Sanderlings Restaurant or have a refreshing libation in their bar.
Across the street, the Seascape Sports Club allows you a view of the tennis courts. Down the block enjoy the amenities of Seascape Village which features a Mexican restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and a pizza parlor. In addition, you may do your grocery shopping or have a cup of coffee at the coffee shop.

Why the Owner Chose Aptos
We decided to purchase our beach property in the Seascape area of Aptos because we have gone to that beach our entire life. So, when we were looking for property and this was available it was a natural fit for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The Seascape area is unique. It is quiet and convenient. There are many weekends that we park our car on Friday afternoon and never use it until we are going home. The beach is wonderful. We enjoy taking long walks on the beach where you can walk for miles. We also enjoy playing tennis at Seascape Sports Club as well as golf at the Seascape Golf Course.
Owner's Map of Aptos
Christine and Joseph Di Salvo are both educators in Silicon Valley. Besides teaching at San Jose State University, Christine owns and operates a public relations consulting firm, Professional Effects. Joseph is a retired middle school principal and currently serves on the Santa Clara County Office of Education School Board.
Zachary Di Salvo is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and is now a manager for Wells Fargo Financial.
