This condo is spotless, maintained beautifully and very spacious. The condo building is directly on the beach (walk out your door & down the steps & you are there) & has gorgeous views of the beach both day & night (sunsets also reflect beautifully on glass wall in living room so at times it seemed as if you were inside the sunset!). The beach here was so pretty, not tons of people when we were here, but the condo owners have a closet full of beach stuff you can borrow (sand toys, etc). Our children loved playing with these & spent hours building sand structures. The condo itself has a great location as it is far away enough from the busier parts of gulf drive, but also close enough to supermarkets, etc that you can easily get shopping done if you prefer to cook. It's also very close to the bird sanctuary which was a neat place to visit (esp for kids). The rooms are all very big & having two full bathrooms (very nice & clean too) always helps when traveling with kids! And most important, the owners--Susan & Jeff--were a pleasure to work with. They really do maintain the place so well & they are prompt in replying to emails/phone calls & were happy to help us rent their awesome place even with short notice. In brief, don't hesitate too much or look around more--if you want a wonderful vacation, in a safe, clean, beautiful condo on the beach (with THREE bedrooms!), I highly recommend this one! You will not be disappointed!

We took our family for a visit before our son moved out of state to start his first job out of college! We had a great time relaxing on the beach, playing cards on the balcony, sharing great food and drink within walking distance or a short drive! The sunsets were spectacular! The unit was spacious, well furnished and spotless!! We can't wait to go back!

Just returned Saturday from a great week at Jeff & Susan's condo. Like the other reviews, the condo is exactly as presented. We had four adults and 2 children. (Parents, married children and grandchildren). Plenty of room. The grandchildren ate breakfast on the deck almost every morning. The condo is in a great location. We all had a great time and hated to leave. Thank you Jeff & Susan for the use of your home.

When you rent a condo and book for vacations, you never know how your travel will be... Don't be afraid to rent this one. What you see is what you get! You can book this condo with confidence! It is absolutely perfect! Beach toys, chairs, clean and the view : just marvelous! The owner? he is the best! You can always count on him. We will return there for sure! This vacation was the best we've had in years. We have three children (13, 12, 8)and we found we had plenty of room for everyone. This condo is much bigger than the pictures show! The kitchen is loaded, the bedrooms are plenty big, and the family room was perfect. The pool and easy beach access were fantastic. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here. Jeff and Susan are wonderful hosts and available for any need. Be sure to book this beautiful condominium the next chance to get! A+ all the way!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious. It is exactly as shown with lots of extras (towels, beach toys, umbrella, chairs). We look forward to returning again.

We loved our time at the condo! The view of the Gulf is great and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony enjoying the view. The condo is immaculate and decorated so beautifully. There was plenty of room for the entire family. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There are also plenty of beach chairs and rafts to use down on the beach. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our family vacation. Jeff and Susan are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this condo to anyone that is planning a beach vacation!

If you’re looking for a wonderful, clean family vacation spot Indian Shores is the place to visit. This was our first time and the children & I loved it. We lucked out by staying at Beach Palms 3 bdrm condo, which was in amazing shape. Jeff & Susan are very personable & wonderful to work with. They met all our needs and concerns. We defiantly would recommend this condo for the cleanliness, space, and easy access to the beach and the gorgeous ocean view. Please take the opportunity and rent this condo soon. The ocean is crystal clear, dolphins in eye distance & the soft powder sands feels great. Thanks again for your hospitality and look forward to booking next June.
