  We have just returned from a relaxing vacation with our family of 5 and this was the PERFECT condo!The owners were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, providing all the comforts of home in this beautiful, well furnished condo. We could hear and see the Gulf while making meals in the kitchen and the bedrooms were well layed out so we were not on top of eachother all week. The beach was beautiful and you could walk for miles collecting shells. Our three small kids enjoyed the pool and were grateful for the beach toys and pool floats to use. Thank you for a wonderful week, you truly have a piece of paradise here and we are grateful you have chosen to share it!

  The condo was wonderful and in a great venue. The beach was right outside our door. Restuarants were excellent. everything we needed was provided. Our deposit was promptly returned. Thanks Jeff & Susan.

  We enjoyed our stay at this unit immensely and are planning on staying there again! What you see in the photos is what you have when arriving. This property is well maintained and Jeff was so easy to work with and very efficient with the whole process. He also was very very friendly and always answered any phone call or question you had! I would recommend this property to friends and family! Our favorite restaurants are in order Salt Rock.... Guppy's....Crabby Bill's.... and JD's for live music and dancing! If you have a cool day Tarpon Springs is great place to go to for Greek dining and hand made soaps , your bath sponges, and plenty of other little shops. Of course Tampa Hard Rock is always fun and John's pass has some nice little boutiques and the typical souvenir shops with restaurants. To be honest if you don't want to do any of these things and just want a home atmosphere to just kick back and relax Jeff and Susan's home is the perfect place to be! They have also put a few little framed pictures of their family in there home which I enjoyed because it put a face with the voice and to me was very welcoming! I hope this has helped anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay with very friendly people to work with. (P.S. they are also doing upgrades to this unit and that is always good to know and see)

  We spent Thanksgiving week at the condo (husband, wife, and three daughters). Great location. The complex is right on the waterfront. Really an idea size complex. Big enough to have a pool, parking, etc. But not too big. The unit is really nicely furnished. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Everything is up to date and works. Made it easy to feel at home. It's also a nice section of the beach. Great beach combing. And there are plenty of local restaurants and attractions close. We explored a bit, and some areas were too tourist oriented, and others not enough. This was "just right". ;-) Finally, working with the owners was great. They provided us all the info we needed and were very welcoming. The self check in and check out process was great. And they got us our deposit check promptly, all with great communication. We'd definitely recommend and look forward to a future visit.

  I stayed at this beautiful condo with my family for a week. Let me just say I'm not big on reviews; however, this one definitely warrants some praise. The owners were more than professional and answered every question and concern I had, before and during my stay. The condo was immaculate. The rooms and furnishings really contributed to a great family vacation. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to say on the beach in this area! May family and I will return and would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Jeff and Susan for a great place to stay.

  This was a wonderful, spacious condo just steps from the ocean! The building was quiet, we had a dedicated parking spot, elevator access, and a lovely pool and grill area. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and very clean and well-kept. It is in a great location in Indian Rocks beach just minutes from anything we needed or wanted to do - groceries, post office, restaurants, mini golf. Jeff and Susan were friendly and quick to respond to all of our communications, and they sent our deposit back within a week of our return home. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

  Clean unit with a lot of amenities. Beach front views. Owners were excellent to do business with. Very fast and efficient with communications and deposit return. I would definitely rent again!

  This condo is awesome! We loved the ocean view from the balcony. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There were six of us and we had a wonderful time, we loved the ocean just steps from the condo. We even got to see some sting rays up close. Jeff and Susan are very nice to deal with. Thank you, Jeff and Susan, for sharing your home with us. We hope to return again next year. The restaurants and shopping are very close and we loved going to John's Pass. Kim

  Jeff and Susan's condo was an ideal setting for our winter getaway: the condo is perfectly situated on a quieter area of the beach, in between the busier St Pete and Clearwater, great restaurants, beaches, grocery stores very close. We were travelling with my parents, and our one-year old daughter. The owner's were SO accommodating--there's a packnplay and crib in the unit, beach toys and umbrellas, a cooler--something for everyone...I'd highly recommend it for several generations traveling together. Lots of space, perfect setting, and plenty of beach "highway" for morning walks and sunset photos! Thank you SO much for sharing your home with us, Jeff and Susan. We hope to return!
