We have just returned from a relaxing vacation with our family of 5 and this was the PERFECT condo!The owners were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, providing all the comforts of home in this beautiful, well furnished condo. We could hear and see the Gulf while making meals in the kitchen and the bedrooms were well layed out so we were not on top of eachother all week. The beach was beautiful and you could walk for miles collecting shells. Our three small kids enjoyed the pool and were grateful for the beach toys and pool floats to use. Thank you for a wonderful week, you truly have a piece of paradise here and we are grateful you have chosen to share it!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was wonderful and in a great venue. The beach was right outside our door. Restuarants were excellent. everything we needed was provided. Our deposit was promptly returned. Thanks Jeff & Susan.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit immensely and are planning on staying there again! What you see in the photos is what you have when arriving. This property is well maintained and Jeff was so easy to work with and very efficient with the whole process. He also was very very friendly and always answered any phone call or question you had! I would recommend this property to friends and family! Our favorite restaurants are in order Salt Rock.... Guppy's....Crabby Bill's.... and JD's for live music and dancing! If you have a cool day Tarpon Springs is great place to go to for Greek dining and hand made soaps , your bath sponges, and plenty of other little shops. Of course Tampa Hard Rock is always fun and John's pass has some nice little boutiques and the typical souvenir shops with restaurants. To be honest if you don't want to do any of these things and just want a home atmosphere to just kick back and relax Jeff and Susan's home is the perfect place to be! They have also put a few little framed pictures of their family in there home which I enjoyed because it put a face with the voice and to me was very welcoming! I hope this has helped anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay with very friendly people to work with. (P.S. they are also doing upgrades to this unit and that is always good to know and see)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We spent Thanksgiving week at the condo (husband, wife, and three daughters). Great location. The complex is right on the waterfront. Really an idea size complex. Big enough to have a pool, parking, etc. But not too big. The unit is really nicely furnished. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Everything is up to date and works. Made it easy to feel at home. It's also a nice section of the beach. Great beach combing. And there are plenty of local restaurants and attractions close. We explored a bit, and some areas were too tourist oriented, and others not enough. This was "just right". ;-) Finally, working with the owners was great. They provided us all the info we needed and were very welcoming. The self check in and check out process was great. And they got us our deposit check promptly, all with great communication. We'd definitely recommend and look forward to a future visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was a wonderful, spacious condo just steps from the ocean! The building was quiet, we had a dedicated parking spot, elevator access, and a lovely pool and grill area. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and very clean and well-kept. It is in a great location in Indian Rocks beach just minutes from anything we needed or wanted to do - groceries, post office, restaurants, mini golf. Jeff and Susan were friendly and quick to respond to all of our communications, and they sent our deposit back within a week of our return home. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I stayed at this beautiful condo with my family for a week. Let me just say I'm not big on reviews; however, this one definitely warrants some praise. The owners were more than professional and answered every question and concern I had, before and during my stay. The condo was immaculate. The rooms and furnishings really contributed to a great family vacation. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to say on the beach in this area! May family and I will return and would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Jeff and Susan for a great place to stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Clean unit with a lot of amenities. Beach front views. Owners were excellent to do business with. Very fast and efficient with communications and deposit return. I would definitely rent again!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is awesome! We loved the ocean view from the balcony. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There were six of us and we had a wonderful time, we loved the ocean just steps from the condo. We even got to see some sting rays up close. Jeff and Susan are very nice to deal with. Thank you, Jeff and Susan, for sharing your home with us. We hope to return again next year. Jeff and Susan's condo was an ideal setting for our winter getaway: the condo is perfectly situated on a quieter area of the beach, in between the busier St Pete and Clearwater, great restaurants, beaches, grocery stores very close. We were travelling with my parents, and our one-year old daughter. The owner's were SO accommodating--there's a packnplay and crib in the unit, beach toys and umbrellas, a cooler--something for everyone...I'd highly recommend it for several generations traveling together. Lots of space, perfect setting, and plenty of beach "highway" for morning walks and sunset photos! Thank you SO much for sharing your home with us, Jeff and Susan. We had a fantasic stay in this condo.It was very clean and well appointed.We had some of our grandchildren down for a week and they had the best vacation you could amagine.The beach was amasing.the kids collected a bag full of shells and made sand castles and enjoyed the whole area.The owners Jeff and Susan are extremley easy to deal with.We have already talked to them about renting it again next year.We have rented 5 condo's in and around this area and this was the best one by far.My wife and i would highly recommend this condo to stay in.Looking forward to next year already.The kids and grandchildren are already planning to come back.Jeff and Susan thank you very much for the best holday we have had in years. This condo is spotless, maintained beautifully and very spacious. The condo building is directly on the beach (walk out your door & down the steps & you are there) & has gorgeous views of the beach both day & night (sunsets also reflect beautifully on glass wall in living room so at times it seemed as if you were inside the sunset!). The beach here was so pretty, not tons of people when we were here, but the condo owners have a closet full of beach stuff you can borrow (sand toys, etc). Our children loved playing with these & spent hours building sand structures. The condo itself has a great location as it is far away enough from the busier parts of gulf drive, but also close enough to supermarkets, etc that you can easily get shopping done if you prefer to cook. It's also very close to the bird sanctuary which was a neat place to visit (esp for kids). The rooms are all very big & having two full bathrooms (very nice & clean too) always helps when traveling with kids! And most important, the owners--Susan & Jeff--were a pleasure to work with. They really do maintain the place so well & they are prompt in replying to emails/phone calls & were happy to help us rent their awesome place even with short notice. In brief, don't hesitate too much or look around more--if you want a wonderful vacation, in a safe, clean, beautiful condo on the beach (with THREE bedrooms!), I highly recommend this one! Just returned Saturday from a great week at Jeff & Susan's condo. Like the other reviews, the condo is exactly as presented. We had four adults and 2 children. (Parents, married children and grandchildren). Plenty of room. The grandchildren ate breakfast on the deck almost every morning. The condo is in a great location. We all had a great time and hated to leave. Thank you Jeff & Susan for the use of your home.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We took our family for a visit before our son moved out of state to start his first job out of college! We had a great time relaxing on the beach, playing cards on the balcony, sharing great food and drink within walking distance or a short drive! The sunsets were spectacular! The unit was spacious, well furnished and spotless!! We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

When you rent a condo and book for vacations, you never know how your travel will be... Don't be afraid to rent this one. What you see is what you get! You can book this condo with confidence! It is absolutely perfect! Beach toys, chairs, clean and the view : just marvelous! The owner? he is the best! You can always count on him. We will return there for sure! This vacation was the best we've had in years. We have three children (13, 12, 8)and we found we had plenty of room for everyone. This condo is much bigger than the pictures show! The kitchen is loaded, the bedrooms are plenty big, and the family room was perfect. The pool and easy beach access were fantastic. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here. Jeff and Susan are wonderful hosts and available for any need. Be sure to book this beautiful condominium the next chance to get! We loved our time at the condo! The view of the Gulf is great and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony enjoying the view. The condo is immaculate and decorated so beautifully. There was plenty of room for the entire family. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There are also plenty of beach chairs and rafts to use down on the beach. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our family vacation. Jeff and Susan are wonderful to work with. If you’re looking for a wonderful, clean family vacation spot Indian Shores is the place to visit. This was our first time and the children & I loved it. We lucked out by staying at Beach Palms 3 bdrm condo, which was in amazing shape. Jeff & Susan are very personable & wonderful to work with. They met all our needs and concerns. We defiantly would recommend this condo for the cleanliness, space, and easy access to the beach and the gorgeous ocean view. Please take the opportunity and rent this condo soon. The ocean is crystal clear, dolphins in eye distance & the soft powder sands feels great. Thanks again for your hospitality and look forward to booking next June.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
