Year Purchased: 2007
Grace's Retreat was purchased in 2007 and is a family owned property. It is named for in honor of our Grandmother. The home was decorated by our sister who is an interior designer.
Why the Owner Chose Lewis Smith Lake
This location was ideal for our family to maintain. It is only 10 minutes from our homes and we can be onsite to handle any problems within 15 minutes. The location of the home is so convenient for out of town guests - right off of Interstate 65 and only 2 minutes from the Smith Lake Park and the public boat launch.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The most unique features of our home are the two garage doors that open onto the deck allowing for the entire house to be open, or the screens can be lowered for a "screened in porch" effect for the entire house.
