Beautiful San Juan Island Retreat with 2000 Feet of Beach!
Located at South Bellevue Farm, just five minutes from Roche Harbor Resort and 15 minutes from the town of Friday Harbor, this beautiful new home offers four bedrooms and three and a half baths, comfortably sleeping eight to ten people. The home is located on a gentle hill, providing a spectacular view of Westcott Bay from almost every room and from the large deck and hot tub, while still being only 100 yards from a beach with excellent clam digging and crabbing. A true southwest exposure maximizes all-day sunlight.
The house features a gourmet kitchen, 27 inch TV with a satellite dish, VCR, and DVD, along with a stereo system and lots of games for children and adults. Popular activities available on San Juan Island include whale watching, kayaking, beachcombing, fishing, bird watching, hiking, bicycling, golf, and visits to historic parks and museums. Friday Harbor offers great shopping and restaurants and a theatre showing first-run movies.
South Bellevue Farm was created in the mid 1990’s and includes eight homes on 20 acres. The homes are Nantucket/Cape Cod-style with traditional shingles, dormers, white trim, and stone fireplaces/chimneys. The Bellevue Farm families jointly own a tennis court with backboard (and two basketball hoops) and 2100 feet of community waterfront beach and estuary. This private and quiet setting is frequently visited by Great Blue Heron, Bald Eagles, and deer.
Bellevue Farm is easily accessible by air or seaplane from Seattle (about a 50 minute flight) or via a scenic ferry ride from Anacortes.

This is a fabulous rental property! Ten of us ladies did a girls weekend here -- and loved every second of it! The home, decor, furnishings, and view are all lovely. Everything was perfect!

The location and home exceeded our expectations. The house was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and sitting around the beautiful dining room table. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The view from anywhere in the house was breathtaking. We visited the National and State park, went wine tasting, visited an oyster farm and enjoyed shopping in town. One of our favorite lunches was at the Garden Path and the coffee at the Doctor's Office by the ferry was great. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house a lot. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. We used the tennis court a few times and were glad it was there for our use. Our only complaint were the mosquitos.
