Fabulous Okanagan Condo in a perfect location!

My husband, our two girls (ages 9 & 6), two grandparents, and I just spent this past Thanksgiving weekend in this very comfortable and secure condo. The owners I spoke to originally to book this condo was very easy to talk to, informative and helpful. The property manager met us on time and was great in showing us around the property (which includes a fitness area, swimming pool and hot tub). The condo itself was very clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Its location is perfect as it is just off of a side street and on the main level of the condo complex. It was easy to access via the beautiful patio area and the parking was located in front of the other entrance door to the unit. We took a nice stroll down the beach side which is just a few steps away from the unit itself. The grocery store, bakery, restaurants and cute little shops are only a few short minutes walk away. We used this as a 'home base' while visiting family in the West Kelowna area. Peachland is a beautiful town and a short driving distance to Kelowna, Summerland and Penticton. We love this area and will not hesitate to use this condo again and recommend it to others looking for a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay during their Okanagan visit. Just spent a wonderful week in this well appointed condo. Nothing is missing, everything you need to cook in the unit. Great location and amenities. Would recommend this place to anyone heading to the Okanagan are. Nice view of the lake sitting on the patio and a very short stroll to the lake. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Okanagan Vacation

Our family has stayed in the Lakeshore facility twice before, but this was the first time in this condo. It is difficult to find just one word to sum up our stay - fabulous..maybe awesome? We were met by the caretaker who took us through the whole unit (did I mention that she even showed up early?) and explained everything to us. Everything is very well thought out including keypad deadbolt locks that you program with your own unique code. The unit is very well furnished and extremely comfortable. You feel welcome the moment you walk in. Little touches such as a bottle of wine and fresh cut flowers do not go unnoticed. Our family is a little older but our 14 and 16 year old children did use the pool and fitness room facilities with rave reviews. The location is right across the road from the lake and we spent many a night on the dock watching the sunset. You are walking distance to pretty much all Beach Avenue has to offer. You are a short drive to nightlife/restaurantes in Penticton and Kelowna and very close to golf, wine tours, mini golf or go carts. This condo is on the main floor and could be used by everyone from seniors to families with small children. Parking is right outside your back door which makes it very easy to move groceries/luggage etc. Dealing with the owners was very easy and accomodating. The damage deposit was quickly returned and there were no "hiccups" in our rental. We are always sad leaving Peachland but will have something to look forward to for the next summer. One last comment for those bringing their boats. Check out the marinas in Peachland and Summerland. Boat slips tend to be available which makes it WAY better than pulling your boat out every day. Thanks for everything Bruce, and a special thank you to Birgit who I would hire in a second to look after my rental unit (if i ever owned one!).

Beautiful Classy Condo

My husband and I shared this beautiful condo with my sister and her husband for the first week of August, 2010 and were more than pleased with the accommodation. The condo is spacious, the decor is first class and for the cooks out there, a fabulous well outfitted kitchen. The complex itself is very nicely landscaped and the grounds, pool and common areas are very clean and well maintained. For those that prefer a little privacy, this particular unit has the distinct advantage of not being located in the courtyard overlooking the pool and into all the other condos. It is also very conveniently located on the ground floor which which made for easy access to and from the lake and pool and for hauling in luggage and groceries. The complex is located directly across a very quiet road from the lake and the unit faces onto a side street with a creek and mature trees on the other side (no other condos peering down on you) and still has a view of the lake. Peachland is a quiet little town with some good places to eat and a must experience bakery in the center of town. Both the owners and the managers of the unit are exceptionally warm and friendly and go the extra distance to offer information and recommendations to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. We would not hesitate a fraction of a second to stay here again.

Executive condo a superb vacation spot

My wife, three kids (aged 19, 18 and 14 years) and I had the great pleasure of staying at this lovely condo for one week at the end of July 2010. It is located about a minute's walk from the beach, and is across the street from a lovely bubbling creek and park. The condo was accurately described on the web site: it was spotlessly clean and appeared like new. The kitchen, appliances, big screen TV, bedding, spacious bathrooms -- all tastefully complemented the beautiful decor. The condo was equipped with everything one could have wanted. The owner was personable, available, honest, kind, and non-intrusive. The barbecue on the front porch area was connected to the house natural gas, so one didn't need to worry about a propane tank running dry. There is a large supermarket about five minutes' walk up the hill, and there are several winerys nearby worth visiting: we enjoyed Sumac Ridge, about 15 minutes drive south on the highway. The town of Peachland is quiet, safe, and has something for all ages. The farmer's market on the south end of town had a range of crafts and local produce; we ended up meeting a most interesting woodworker, who invited us to his place the next day, and gave us a tour of his shop. One day we went on a strenuous hike that started just up the mountain (inland) from Peachland. The condo facility includes private gated parking, an excercise room, and outdoor pool and garden area for guests. I would rate this vacation experience as superb -- beach, fresh fruit, relaxing family time outdoors -- and would have no hesitation recommending both the condo and Peachland to others. I really can't think of anything that could have been improved.

Elegant, comfortable & convenient

A well kept deluxe 2 bedroom condo with very comfortable beds. Everything you need is provided. From utensils, plates, bowls, coffee maker to coffee grinder, BBQ and even a salad spinner. Great location close to the Lake and an easy walk to the grocery store. Town and restaurants are a 5min drive or 15min walk. Centrally located to many of the Okanagan Wineries and a number of major Golf Courses. This is an excellent setting for 2 adult couples to enjoy the Okanagan sun, good wine and good conversation. From the minute we arrived we felt immediately at home and with the exception of having to pick up some food we were set for a relaxing week in this beautiful condo. The owners have definitely given considerable thought towards your comfort and are very responsive to suggestions and recommendations. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Great vacation rental in Peachland!

This was a beautiful and extremely well-appointed condo with a gorgeous kitchen! The owners were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed for our vacation with our 3 children. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, barbequeing our suppers on the patio, and just relaxing in the luxurious condo itself. Peachland is a beautiful little town and the condo is well-situated, directly across the street from the lake. We especially enjoyed the bakery, the local pizzeria and daily walks or runs along the beautiful lakefront. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family either as a vacation rental with kids or for couples who are looking for an immaculate, classy and relaxing place to spend some time together.

My wife and I brought some out of town guest to this beautiful condo during the wine festival in the fall 2008. We all truly enjoyed our stay. The morning stroll along the beach to the local coffee shop/bakery was the highlight of each morning. This got us energized for the numerous winery tours we did each day. The close proximity to all wineries in the regional is an absolute bonus. The amenities at the condo itself were just great. After a long day on wine tours we returned to use the gas grill to cook up some tenderloin and enjoy some great wine, it was heaven. My wife and hope to use this location again during the summer, the pool looked so inviting, we can't wait!! In our opinion this is the best place to stay during an Okanagan Retreat because you are minutes from the city and after your long day of fun you relax in a very quiet sub-remote area. The restaurants in town are great as well. We liked the area so much we are considering a place of our own in the future.

We were the first guests to stay in this luxurious condo - absolutely beautiful! The owners and management were very accommodating. The location is fantastic - across the street from the beach. We enjoyed daily strolls down the beach front to the coffee shop and restaurants. The suite is very well equipped. Being located on the main floor is handy - the kids could come and go easily. The only drawback was that if you have a boat there is no boat moorage.

This is a fantasitc condo in probably the nicest spot to base yourself for a vacation in the Okanagan. Peachland is a quieter and central location that gives access to Kelowna, Summerland and Penticton. The condo is luxurious with all equipment needed including a barbeque and very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub are wonderful features. The location is perfect for walking or running along Beach Avenue. We were very pleased with the condo, the professionalism of the owner and the property management staff and the location.

We enjoyed a delightful week in this beautifully appointed condo across the street from the beach in Peachland. Spacious and warm, this luxurious apartment provided us with all of the amenities of home including a large fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer/dryer, lovely bedrooms with large, exceptionally comfortable beds, and a spacious, beautifully decorated living/dining room. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the patio (with its large barbecue) and our daily walks along the lakeshore to the little town of Peachland for coffee, groceries and meals at local restaurants. We highly recommend this exceptional accomodation set in the beautiful Okanagan town of Peachland.
