"Beach Escape" is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom beach home in prestigious Cypress Dunes next to one of the most pristine parks (Topsail State Preserve) and beaches in Florida.
This home has a fabulous kitchen open to the dining and living areas for a great family experience. The master suite is downstairs with a king bed, whirlpool tub and walk in shower, upstairs has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a queen bed and two twin beds as well as a bunk area( 4 bunks) in between the bedrooms.The living room has a queen sofa bed.
There is a porch in front with adirondack chairs and a screened porch in the back of the house for privacy. "Beach Escape" is about 200 yds from the Clubhouse pool with its amazing views and the Gulf is 1500 feet away and Cypress Dunes has private on request beach shuttle service to the beach access point 3-4 minute drive,5-6 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to one of the most beautiful uncrowded beaches in the area.
This is truly old Florida living with modern day amenities come and experience "Beach Escape", I guarantee you will love it!

beautiful home--very nice amenities--spacious--clean--top of the line linens, dishes, accessories, etc--great for our big family of 9 with plenty of room--lots of privacy----wonderful screened porch and front deck--enjoyed sitting out and reading while soaking up some sun--open floor plan which was great for entertaining---pool, tennis courts, bikes, great place for kids to ride alone and green area for playing ball--we loved it--we will be back!!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The Cypress Dunes neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous--we had a great time staying there with our family! The "Beach Retreat" downstairs has a big open floor plan that made entertaining our entire party of 20 people (we rented 2 homes in CD) very comfortable. All the beds, including the hallway bunks, had very nice, comfy mattresses and bed linens. Nothing was "skimpy" about this house's decor or amenities. The pool area was pure luxury as well! The beach shuttle is no longer running in the C.D. neighborhood anymore, but we just drove our cars or rode bikes to the nearest public beach access (3 minutes by car). We plan to return!

Awesome neighborhood, beautiful house and pool. We will stay again. One of the best exercise facilites I have used.
