Located in beautiful Punta Gorda Isles. This 2 bedroom condominium overlooks the water and also a natural wildlife setting. Watch the fish jumping or maybe an otter swimming. Fishing off one of the many condominium complexes docks is always fun. All fishing equipment is provided with the rental. The condominium is a spacious 1250 square feet and the layout is perfect with the master bedroom, living room and the roomy lanai overlooking the water. The unit is located on the second floor of a two story building at the end of a cul de sac; this gives you a super quiet setting and the only traffic you will see will be a boat passing by.
The condominium is approximately one to two miles from major supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, and other shopping stores. Famous Fishermans Village is about one mile away; this complex includes great shopping, restaurants, charter fishing and boat rentals.
References are a must. A deposit will be required and one month rent in advance. Minimum of one month rental, rent will vary depending on the month and length of stay.
