We have just the place for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation in our Atlantic View Cottage in Kure Beach. The cottage sleeps up to 7 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.

No huge condos or high-rise hotels here -- just spectacular views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean that can be seen from all rooms in the cottage. The panoramic view from the wall of windows that covers an entire wall of the living and dining area on the 3rd floor is especially breathtaking.
The Cottage is tastefully decorated for your comfort and convenience with a nautical theme throughout. The Cottage was completed in early 2007 and is located on Atlantic Avenue, the scenic oceanfront street just north of the famous Kure Beach Fishing Pier. The cottage "L" shaped lot is the largest of any residential lot on the Kure Beach Oceanfront. That makes it very family friendly for outside activities and provides ample parking, even for your boat. Our guests can watch the oceanfront activities or the sea gulls and pelicans fly by from the "wall of windows" panoramic view in the living area on the 3rd floor, or sit on the cottage deck and read a favorite book, or just relax, see and hear the rolling ocean surf at the front of the cottage lot and over the protected sand dunes. A picnic table and gas grill are also located on the cottage lawn near the deck for our guests use and serving up delicious outdoor picnic meals.
The cottage 1st floor includes the master bedroom suite (queen bed and a convertible twin size sofa bed) is located just off the cottage main entry hallway. The spacious master bedroom suite includes a full bathroom and mini-kitchen equipped with a bar sink, full size refrigerator, and small appliances + a laundry washer/dryer + Cable TV & DVD. The master bedroom suite has ocean views, and a 2nd private cottage side door entrance leading to the deck when extra quiet or privacy for parents, grandparents, etc. are desirable.
The cottage 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, both with ocean views (a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other); a full bathroom and laundry washer/dryer. Cable TV provided in both bedrooms. Access to the 2nd floor is provided by the stairway leading off the hallway of the main cottage entrance.
The cottage 3rd floor features the panaramic "wall of windows view" of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and sandy beach. The kitchen, dining and living areas are designed for an open floor plan; so no one will feel left out of any family activities. The kitchen is well equipped with ample cabinets, modern appliances and serving utinsels. The 3rd floor also includes a conveniently located 1/2 bath. Cable TV & VCR/DVD in living area. Access to the 3rd floor is provided by the stairway leading off the 2nd floor hallway.
The cottage has an outside shower for our guests convenience and we encourage its use when returning from the sandy beach oceanfront.
PROVIDED FREE FOR OUR GUESTS USE:
1. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are furnished in all bedrooms and bathrooms at no extra cost to our guests.
2. "Necessity items" such as paper and cleaning supplies are provided for our guests convenience.
3. Gas Grill and Picnic Table provided for guests use and are located on the cottage lawn ajacent to the deck.
4. On-site WiFi wireless internet connection available for your laptop to stay in contact with friends, business, etc.
COTTAGE RULES:
1. The AVC is a SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT, therefore smoking is not permitted inside the cottage at any time.
2. We have a strict NO PET policy, therefore pets are not permitted on any AVC premises.
3. Children are welcome, however we do not have accommodations for toddlers, therefore we cannot accept a reservation with children less than age 5 yrs.
NOTES:
1. We do not charge departure cleaning fees, however guests are requested to remove all trash and their personal items when they exit the cottage.
2. When comparing our rental rates to others, make sure you inquire about any hidden and extra fees for bed linens, bath towels, departure cleaning fees, "necessity paper & cleaning products", gas grill availability, etc. Many require security deposits. All are included or no extra charge for our guests at the Atlantic view Cottage.
