Beautiful three level home with gorgeous ocean views and direct beach access. Home was newly renovated in 2006 with all new furnishings. Great layout for 2 families or a family with kids and their friends. Located in a quiet family neighborhood with mostly full-time home-owners (very few renters).
Beach is mainly used by the private Croatan community but is lifeguarded and maintained by the city of Virginia Beach but without the crowds. Resort area is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away, yet the neighborhood feels very secluded from the resort area. Many excellent restaurants and lots of varied activities.
