Located on Siesta Key just a few steps from Siesta Beach, Sundance Rentals is an affordable vacation spot!
When you visit you will be so conveniently located - just a block and a half to the beach, and a block to all the restaurants, pubs, and shops in the village! This three bedroom rental consists of a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom unit that combine through interior connecting doors to make a three bedroom unit. This three bedroom unit has two kitchens, two living areas and three full baths, really nice!! Your apartment at Sundance will be completely furnished for a comfortable vacation! Each apartment has a private entrance.
The one-bedroom unit (one bath) is approximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The living room has cable TV and DVD players(with some movies), and a CD player (with some CDs). We have even provided some games and books. The living room features either a sleeper sofa or inflatable mattresses and can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect 'hideaway' for your vacation!
The two-bedroom unit has two bathrooms and is about 900 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a full-size bed. This unit also features a full-size washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, DVD, and a CD player. Some movies, CDs, and tapes will make entertaining your family easy. It also includes an XBox Game Console and some games.
