This first floor condo was completely remodeled following hurricane Charlie. It features a complete kitchen with new professional series appliances, granite counter tops, tile back splashes and new cabinets. The living room and bedrooms were redecorated in May 2007 by professional design artists from Atlanta, GA. They returned in 2008 to continue their improvements. The comfortable sofa's and recliner are leather with wicker tables and there is a large wide screen TV with 'Dish TV' throughout the condo. You have your own washer and dryer in the hall utility room. On the screened-in lanai is a breakfast table and four chairs to enjoy meals and the beautiful Florida weather.

The beach is about 200 yards from your door and features the best shelling in Florida. Sanibel Island is a natural setting without high rise buildings. It is about two-thirds wildlife preserve and has a variety of interesting attractions like the old lighthouse, the Shell Museum and the Ding Darling wildlife center and hiking trails.

Bicycling trails are provided throughout the island for your safety and you can rent bicycles on site at the condo office. Children must wear helmets so bring them from home to save on the rentals. The island features a large number of great restaurants, two good golf courses, and all kinds of shopping opportunities.

Our prices include renters insurance up to $3000.00 through our association office. We turn rentals over to the association office so you always have someone available to assist you should you have a question or problem.
