  This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was exactly as pictured and advertised. The interior layout was roomy and very comfortable. The whole interior design was very well done and could have been in a condo showroom model. We are a family of four. My two daughters shared the one bedroom with the two queen size beds, and my wife and I shared the master bedroom with the full king bed. There was plenty of room to go around and the two full size bedrooms were great for our 4-person family with two teenagers. Each TV had a cable box and HD TV. The Comcast DVR box in the living room was a life-saver for me. I wasn't expecting Michigan to get this far in the NCAA tournament when I booked the vacation. The DVR allowed me to ski, record the games, then watch them apres ski. GO BLUE! Also, I found the thermostats were very easy to manage to maintain multi-zone environments. Men, women and girls all have different temperature needs and we needed the full range. The location was great - walking distance to town and to the Quicksilver lift. The condo was also very close to Conoco gas station for quick snacks and extra milk or water. The location was also very close to Alpine Sports where we rented some ski equipment. The covered basement parking was great because no one like scraping snow. However, the parking space was a little tight for a full-size minivan, truck or SUV. We still made it work, but it was tight. Still... it's better than scraping ice and snow of the windshield in the a.m.. That said, there weren't a lot of other vehicles using the garage during our stay, so tight parking didn't really matter for us. Finally, it was a nice surprise to find out the condo actually has 3 entryways - one in each master bedroom and one in the main living room. We didn't need all three, but I can see where this would be great for multi-families or multi-ages all sharing the condo. The party skiiers can come/leave late without bothering the early skiers and sleepers. My kids were disappointed that we didn't see any bears in the dumpsters, but I was fine with it. However, we did see a red fox out the kitchen window, so there is some wildlife to enjoy. Finally, the kitchen/living room view is very scenic - sky and trees. I hate staying in a place with a parking lot view. There are other condo buildings in view, but the majority of the view is majestic pines, sky and snow. Loved this place. You will too.

  Identifying the perfect holiday stay can be tricky, especially when you're travelling from the other side of the world! However this year our expectations were surpassed. Larry and Judy have made this condo a home from home experience - the facilities were excellent, clean and well-maintained. I loved cooking in their kitchen as well as the short walk to get to the Quicksilver lift or into Main Street for some retail therapy or dinner out. The instructions provided by Larry made settling in easy and we were sad to be leaving after our two week stay. Our favorite restaurant was South Ridge Seafood Grill, we also tried classic Nordic skiing at Frisco, which was excellent. But most of all we loved skiing at Breckenridge, and being close enough to day trip to Vail, Beaver Creek and Keystone. Thanks so much Larry and Judy for your hospitality.   This condo is beautifully decorated, homey and spacious. A perfect "home away from home", the owners have not left out a single item, ensuring your stay is comfortable and easy. We found the owners offer exceptional customer service. The area is lovely, at one end and off the main road through the town of Breckenridge. It is within a short walking distance of the town, offering easy access to shopping and restaurants. A main entrance plus 2 side entrances off a deck, make it especially appealing for large families. There is a creek running behind the building and large pines surround it. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there ourselves again.

  We rented this condo for a Christmas week stay with our 3 children and 2 grandparents. There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo has 3 full bathrooms which was much appreciated with a large group. The condo was spotlessly clean and decorated with nice, stylish furnishings as the photos show. We appreciated the games and basic food items that were left in the unit. The kids enjoyed the hot tub across the street after skiing. We would definitely stay there again!

  The condo was great. All the appliances, plumbing, entry combination, tvs, wifi etc.all worked without a glitch. The kitchen is well equiped -we cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner there and didn't need a thing. The condo is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Great location with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had . I will certainly try to stay there again when I'm back in Breckenridge and will recommend it to my friends.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Our recent visit to Breckenridge was made even better by the lovely accomodations at Tannebaum II. The condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, and our family of five felt right at home. It was within a perfect distance to walk to town, and our teenage children often rode their bikes down to the bike trail or on the neighboring streets. There were also plenty of walking trails and the river to explore behind the condo. We will definitely return to stay in this cozy, comfortable place. It was a delightful break from our hot Texas summer. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit in summer or winter.

  The condo was very nice and in a great location to walk to town and all the wonderful restaurants and shops. The owners were a joy to work with as we had to rent on a very short notice. They also gave us lists of their favorite summer Breck activities and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated and recently updated. Both bedrooms were very big and had comfortable king beds. The condo is equipped with everything you need and very clean. So much so that we wished we could stay all summer. We are planning another trip to go skiing and will definitely be staying here again.

  What a great place to stay! Better than described. The unit was clean and modern. Bathrooms where all fresh and up to date. The amenities where great. Nice thick linens in all bathrooms, plenty of blankets, humidifiers (were necessary for us Florida people not use to the dry air!), a high chair for the baby, and all the kitchen stuff anyone could need. We stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren 3 and 1 1/2. We had lots of room and never felt crowded or cramped. TV's in all the bedrooms and living room were great. Everyone could watch what they wanted when not out on the slopes or shopping down town. Lots of games to play. A fire place that warmed the place up in minutes flat. Grandma made cookies with the grandkids while parents skied. Views were great and tranquil. The 3 entrances were a great bonus, so everyone had a private entrance if necessary. The 3rd bathroom was also a great plus. Lift was so close you could walk. Just can't say enough about how happy we were with the unit. The unit was a great value. Thank you Larry and Judy for sharing your home with us! Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

  We decided to go to Breckenridge for a last minute Chirstmas trip and this place was perfect for us. Easily slept our whole family including our 4 "young adult" children. The kitchen had everything we could want. Lots of towels and extra bedding. Very Clean. Close to everything...town and lifts.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
