We welcome you to our light, spacious 1300 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo equipped with everything you will need to make your mountain experience the trip of a lifetime! Due to its corner location with large picture windows, our Tannenbaum II condo serves up a most serene view of spectacular pine trees accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Blue River. We are located only a short, 6 minute walk from the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school as well as Breckenridge’s charming Main Street with its many interesting shops, galleries, and fabulous dining. A swimming pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs are just a short, 100 yard stroll away. You will find easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails, performing arts center, ice rink at Maggie Pond (winter, of course), and all that Breckenridge has to offer.
Lots of amenities are included to enhance your mountain stay: gas fireplace, upscale furnishings including 3 new flat screen HDTVs (one is a 37 inch with DVR), cable and wireless internet, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, & access to a large picnic area. An elevator makes unloading luggage, groceries, and skis & boards an easy task. Parking is provided for two cars (one is covered), and permits are required.
Bedrooms are oversized to easily accommodate 8 guests. The large master bedroom has a king bed plus daybed and sitting area as well as a private bath. The second large bedroom has 2 queen beds plus a daybed and private bath. Two leather sofa beds in the great room can also be used to extend sleeping accommodations for up to 12. A third full bath, located just off the great room, will come in handy for large families.

We decided to go to Breckenridge for a last minute Chirstmas trip and this place was perfect for us. Easily slept our whole family including our 4 "young adult" children. The kitchen had everything we could want. Lots of towels and extra bedding. Very Clean. Close to everything...town and lifts.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Not only was the condo beautifully decorated, but the kitchen was well equipped also. My sister and I love to cook where ever we go on our "sister trips" and it was an absolute delight in this wonderful kitchen. The condo sets up the hill from a lovely stream and you can hear the water if you step out on the balcony. We loved staying in the condo and it is just a very short distance from downtown Breckenridge. What a delight!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is very well furnished and stocked with a lot of extra amenities. It definitely has the feel of a well cared for personal residence and not a worn rental unit. The third bathroom was a nice plus as well. A great location made getting to the slopes very easy. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Breckenridge.

I took my three grown children for a five night escape to Breckenridge. It was a perfect escape in part due to the condo we stayed in. Not only was it beautiful and a convenient five minute walk to town, it was comfortable and quiet. A wonderful winter escape. My family is especially picky and a little spoiled so we were delighted to find comfortable beds, pillows and lines. Very nice place. Did I mention the kitchen was easy to manage and had everything we needed? However, due to all the wonderful restaurants in Breck, the kitchen didn't get much use! We will rent this place again.

The condo was perfect - completely updated and decorated very tastefully. The rooms are generous in size and we had every comfort available. We ended up eating in more than we normally do because we just didn't want to leave the beautiful accomodations! The location is perfect - and it really is just a quick 5 minute walk to Quicksilver lift and town. Thank you for a great vacation Larry! The Howe Family

Really comfortable and convenient condo lacking nothing and not furnished in the typical "ski pine" found in other rentals. we had a great time skiing and kicking back on the leather couches, glass of wine in hand and Olympics on the tube. Doesn't get any better. SHort walk to the Quicksilver on the less crowded Peak 9/10. Wonderful time, great host. THANKS!

The apartment is really nice, comfortable and in excellent condition, very close to the lift and Main, the deal with the owner is very friendly and practical.I recommend this place 100%El departamento esta realmente muy bonito, comodo y en excelentes condiciones, muy cerca de las lift y la Main, el trato con el dueño es muy cordial y practico.Recomiendo este lugar al 100%

This condo is a perfect location in Breck! Within walking distance to the lift, town, restaurants and shopping but also in a quiet area. In addition to the location, it is beautifully updated and has ALL of the amenities a couple or a family would need for winter or summer fun! We loved it and will be back!
