This is the largest of all the 2 bedroom units at 2080. I am not a Realtor or Broker. This is my private unit.

It is a large corner unit in a new luxury building on Hallandale beach in Miami Florida. The largest 2 bedroom units at 2080 are the 01 and 02 lines. There are only 40 of these units in the building and you Must be on floors 10 or higher to enjoy the views. As such, there are only 18 of these units and not all of them are available for rent! Mine is an 01 (South-West) line unit on a high floor. The building is 19 floors tall. The 02 line is a mirror image which faces Northeast.

The unit has 2 "floor to ceiling" sliding glass doors which lead to an "L" shaped balcony. The "L" shaped balcony provides panoramic views of east, south, west and north. The balcony faces due West and due South. The unit gets the shade in the morning and afternoon and evening sun! The unit also has a sliding full length glass door with balcony in the master bedroom.

From the west facing balcony a beautiful view of North Miami beach is visible as well as the inter coastal waterway and Aventura. At night there is a spectacular view, as the entire skyline of Golden Beach, North Miami Beach, and Hallandle, light up before your eyes. As this unit is situated on the SW corner of the building it has The Best Views in the building and is second to none. There are no units at 2080 which compare. This unit has ocean and city views and gets morning shade and afternoon sun.

The unit is a 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit with wall to wall carpet. The kitchen is tiled. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. There is a guest lavatory in the front hall.

If you are comparing my unit against other 2 bedroom 2 bath units at 2080, let me tell you...the others are significantly smaller. My unit is just shy of 1500 square feet in size. The unit has granite counter tops and European cabinetry. Further, there is a walk out balcony located off the master bedroom.

All units at 2080 have a washer and dryer built into the apartment. There is no community laundry facility at the 2080 building.

My condo comes with 2 covered garage parking spaces. You need never use the valet with the rental of my unit as 2 cars are accounted for in the rental costs. Many other units in the building don't come with garage parking.

The Building is located in Hallandale, Florida (Broward Ccounty). The Building is approximately 1/4 mile north of the Dade County line and is south of the public Hallandale Beach water tower by approximately 3/4 mile.
