This clean, remodeled condominium suite is ready for a weekend getaway or extended stay. It has a beautiful view of the lake and tennis courts. Local owner can assist with reservations at local restaurants, special services, movie rentals, etc.
The unit has been nicely decorated (including flat screen TV over fireplace), and is very comfortable. One bedroom has a king bed, the other a queen bed, and there is also a fold up hide-a-bed and electric inflatable air mattress with extra pillows in the closet. Large sofa could also be used to sleep on if necessary. Bedroom furniture and linens are brand new! The kitchen includes all utensils, coffee pot, toaster, etc. The suite comes with underground reserved parking. Boat slip also available. Amenities are included with rental. Linens, pool towels, TV, VCR, DVD player included, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
I will stock the refrigerator/kitchen upon request including any speciality items to make your stay memorable, fun and enjoyable. Your quiet lanai affords patio furniture, electric grill and space to relax after a day on the lake.

My family and i went to this place for 4 of july weekend and we had a really very nice vacations there, the place its amazing, the condo its great you can feel like you are in home, 100 % recomended, Mr. Jim its very very helpfull person and really care about his guest, for sure soon we gonna comeback to this place, we loved it!!!!!!!!

My family and I spent our vacation here. The condo is very spacious and beautifully furnished. Its proximity to several area attractions as well as the city of Austin made it a great place to vacation. We especially loved the walk out balcony where we ate breakfast every morning while looking out over the lake. The owner was very helpful in getting us set up and always available if we needed them. I am recommending this to my family and anyone else looking for a very nice, affordable place to vacation.
Owner response:We are very pleased our guests had an enjoyable stay! They had left some of the children's clothes in a dresser drawer which we washed and mailed back to them. We really work hard to make sure sure our guests are taken care of, and its nice to know we are appeciated!

The condo and resort are gorgeous - very clean and comfortable condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The best part is the condo location on the shady-side of the complex, where you still enjoy a nice view of the lake but can sit in the cooler shade most of the day on the large and comfortable balcony. The boat/jet-ski rental is 5 mins away and grocery/CVS 15 mins drive. I felt like we got away from it all but still had everything we needed close by. Very relaxing pool areas. We were greeted by a "herd" of deer every evening and could almost feed them by hand. We will be back to this wonderful condo as often as we can!!
