Welcome to 4 Ketch! Sip margaritas on the deck while your steaks sizzle on the grill. Watch squadrons of pelicans float by on gentle breezes. Snooze in a hammock with the sound of waves breaking in the distance. The beach is truly wonderful and a short walk away. We provide eight beach chairs, wireless Internet, and one free hour of tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
A relaxing deck surrounds the ocean side of our home's first floor. Rocking chairs, the hammock, and a nice ocean view await your weary body there. Inside on the first floor is a combined entry way/living area with a wet bar, TV, and DVD player. Three bedrooms are on this floor: one with two full beds and two with twin beds. Each has its own bath with combined shower/tub. A few steps up from the first floor is the landing for the fourth bedroom, which has two full beds and a bath with separate shower and tub. A few steps up from that landing is the main floor, which has a living/dining/kitchen area that offers a really nice ocean view from the house and upper deck (where the grill is located). The fifth bedroom is also on this floor with a queen bed and spacious bathroom. A few steps up from the main floor is a half bath and the sixth bedroom, which has a king bed and a bath with separate shower and tub. All bedrooms have a TV with a VCR or DVD player, plus there's a 16 X 32 pool with a jacuzzi in the backyard that can be heated for an additional charge (jacuzzi can be heated separately).
