Accommodations:  Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

"Reel Dreams" is located 20-30 minutes East of Panama City on the Panhandle of Florida with unobstructed views of the Gulf and Beach in a building with only three town homes (triplex). It is located directly across the street from the Dedicated Beach at Mexico Beach with no buildings in front of it for blocks on the left or right.

The sunsets are gorgeous, the white sandy beaches look like sugar, and the residents and tourists are friendly. Fishing on the beach or from the pier is common and there are lots of chartered fishing excursions daily.

This area of the panhandle has been called the Forgotten Coast, but is not forgotten anymore. Come visit while it is still in the early growing stages and not too congested to be a peace-filled vacation experience.

Owner's Profile

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 2002

Buyers and Sellers in the Atlanta area are the ones I'm licensed to help buy or sell real estate. I love my job. Someday when my husband and I can spend more time in Florida, I'll obtain my real estate license there. My spare time and hobbies include working with Saint Vincent de Paul Society, gardening and doing fun things with our grandson.

Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach

Our whole family has always loved the beach. The Gulf Coast is so convenient and beautiful, when we could finally afford to buy, that was naturally our first choice. Plus, the waters and beaches are safe for our grandson. There is almost never any undertow to be concerned about and the waves are almost always kid-friendly, except during high winds or storms at sea.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

We and our guests enjoy relaxing, relaxing, relaxing, sunbathing, swimming or just playing in the warm Gulf waters, fishing from the beach, the pier or boat, eating in the unit or at local restaurants, playing golf a few minutes down the road or just curling up with a good book.
