They are priced and rented completely separate but can be rented together if available. They both sleep up to 6 and are exactly the same size. They share a large, beautifully landscaped fenced backyard, offering plenty of private space for each unit to include your own BBQ and small back deck.

Let the tranquility of this very spacious luxury vacation home with wood burning fireplace on side A and gas burning fireplace on side B, washer/dryer, large one car garage, 1.5 bath, high speed wireless internet, satellite TV with HBO and Showtime, and all the needed amenities including dishes, cookware, BBQ, and linens bathe you in relaxation.
Side A sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in two of the rooms and a double bed in the third. Side B sleeps 6 as well with a queen bed in the master, daybed with pop-up trundle making a King or two twins in the second bedroom, and a full size bed in the third bedroom. Both units have large living rooms, dining areas, fully equiped kitchens, and washer/dryers in each of the units.
This is a great home for anyone visiting Anchorage on vacation or for business with easy access to downtown (10 minutes), Midtown (5 minutes)and most other Anchorage attractions. Why cram into a hotel room when you can stay in a three bedroom vacation home for less!

Year Purchased: 2004
Mark and Amy Grainger, were raised in Homer, Alaska and have lived in Alaska most of their lives. They are proud owners of three properties in the Anchorage area and two in Tucson, Arizona. Amy has been in the hotel/vacation rental business for over 10 years and loves helping our guests experience the most that Alaska has to offer. We hope we can help to provide a "home away from home" while you are visiting the Anchorage area. If there is anything you need help with outside of lodging, please feel free to ask. When buying properties to become vacation rentals, we look for properties that allow for guest privacy, good neighborhoods, peace and quiet, and a location which is close to everything. We take very good care of our rentals and replace items often to keep things fresh. Anchorage is an ideal location to experience all of Alaska.
The Unique Benefits of this Furnished Duplex
The Campbell Creek Duplex is wonderful in that it sits on a large lot, has a huge yard filled with flowers, fruit trees, raspberry bushes, and lots of green grass. It is so wonderful to go out in the back yard, crack open a beer or glass of wine and soak in the sun. Both sides have propane BBQ to take advantage of every minute of the Alaskan sunshine. We have lived at this property in the past and loved it. The Campbell Creek is only two blocks down the street and you can catch salmon right there! We have had guests come back with large silvers after 30 minutes! When it's hot... it's hot! The duplex is a great property if you have a large group to as you can rent both sides and sleep up to 12!
The Coastal Trail Condo was our first vacation rental and it has a fabulous location. If you are wanting to speed time downtown or midtown this property is for you. It is only 5 minutes from both but you don't have to worry about searching for parking as you might if you stayed downtown. It is townhouse style with two stories which makes it feel quite large. There are hardwood floors downstairs, comfortable beds, and a woodburning fireplace to warm up to. The neighbors are friendly and love to meet our travelers and give them advice on where to go.
