Why the Owner Chose East Jordan
While boating for the past 9 years with a 26 foot boat on White Lake and Lake Charlevoix, I spent about 3 summers searching for a water front property on Lake Charlevoix. I made offers on 2 other less desirable properties prior to buying this property. This property is ideal, permiting leaving the boat in the water on a hoist and avoiding seasonally slippng it in a marina.

I am retired after a 41 year career as an engineer and manager at General Motors. In addition to remodeling the properties in Harbor Springs and Nine Mile Point, I am interested in boating, downhill skiing, golfing and model railroading.
