Our family meets in Hilton Head over the holidays. We are parents and have 2 grown children with families and this a great meeting place. Great pet friendly house. Living area - lots of seating and room. No evidence of animals. Spacious clean rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable. Walking distance to beach and Coligney. Owners very helpful and friendly - quick to respond and easy to work with. Great location - great home - great owners.

This is the cleanest and best smelling place we have EVER stayed in. Loved everything about this place. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location is wonderful, we love to go to Coligny Plaza to shop and eat. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your villa.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Elaine and Dennis are perfect rental hosts! They answered all questions and were available when needed. This is a great place for families. My elderly parents stayed in the bedroom downstairs while the rest of our family shared the upstairs. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. I LOVE that each bedroom has its own bath! Just a short walk to the beach and a great place for riding bikes. All the pets we saw were well behaved and there is absolutely no pet smell in the condo. Kitchen is well stocked including a blender which I put to good use! Definitely recommend for anyone hunting a nice reasonably priced condo.

We had a great time in Hilton Head. It was my family's first trip and we loved the family atmosphere. The villa was very spacious, very nice grill and we enjoyed all 3 pools. The walk to the beach was very nice and shaded. We enjoyed seeing the alligator in the lagoon one night on our way to dinner. Overall we had a very relaxing time and intend to visit Hilton Head again next year. The owners were also super nice to work with. A+++++++++++++= Vacation . Thank you :o)

my family stayed at this condo June 5-12.There were 8 of us.Me,my husband,our daughter and her fiance' and our grandchildren.The condo was very nice and clean.It was well equipted with everything we needed and very roomy. This was our first trip to Hilton Head.We normally go to the gulf,but decided to venture out and try the east coast. We loved the Island and will certainly be coming back.The kids were so excited to see the alligator and turtles in the pond.We had a fun week.We rented bicycles and rode for miles every afternoon. Our days were spent either by the pool or at the beach and of course the men played golf. We visited Harbour Town and went up into the light house.The only bad thing about our week in Hilton Head was having to leave and return to the "real world." I would recommend this condo to others, although the beach was a little further walk than were we hoping for especially with small children.We drove or rode bikes after the first time. Thank you Elaine and Dennis for the use of your condo.We really enjoyed our stay and are already talking about our next trip to Hilton Head.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location -- a short walk to the beach and steps away from the pools! Our Shih Tzu also loved being able to enjoy our vacation. We'll be back!

We visited Hilton Head in June and had a wonderful time. The Villa is in a great location and was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It is very spacious and extremely comfortable. Our four legged friend also had a great time!

4/17/09 I recently visited hilton head island with my two children and my mother. The villa, ocean breeze 46, was absolutely perfect! It was spacious, clean, close to everything,and we couldnt have asked for anything more. This was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this villa to anyone! My husband and I, two sons and their wives recently stayed at this lovely condo. It was perfect: the young couples had the upstairs and we didn't have to run up and down! Many great amenities made our stay so comfortable. The kitchen is especially well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. A little walk to the beach, but not too far. We highly recommend this villa.

Our family stayed at the villa for a week in June of 08. We made a last minute decision to take a vacation and Elaine was so helpful in making that happen with only 2 weeks to work with. She was alway quick to respond and so accommodating. The villa was so nice and clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and there were plenty of fresh towels available. I loved being in the end unit and kind of tucked away. The location was great..close to the pools and the walk to the beach along the shaded path was not bad at all. We ate most of our meals in the villa and so appreciated the kitchen which was stocked with the nicest cookware and utensils...better than we have at home. We'll be back and next time we hope to spend 2 weeks!

My husband and I stayed 7 nights in July of 07 with our 23 year old son and 3 of his 23 year old friends. This was to celebrate all of their college graduation. We had so much room in the villa. The kitchen was well stocked and I cooked every meal except 1 nite we went for Pizza. We rode bikes everywhere. We walked and sometimes biked to the beach. We are discussing another trip this summer with our son, his girlfriend, our daughter and son in law and their 1 year old. We hope to stay in the same villa since we felt it was the perfect place to stay at a good price for a PERFECT vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head very much. The townhouse was nice and bright and roomy. Very clean. Lots of kitchen supplies. The beds and couches comfortable. Its location to the beach was great. Look forward to staying again next year.
