This place is perfect for a Palm Springs get away. The home is located in a safe, clean and nice community with all the amenities one could possibly need. I have to mention that the Pac-Man arcade is a brilliant and very entertaining addition to this home. More time was spent on that machine than any other laptop, iphone or ipad. We have stayed here several times now and each visit is as good if not better than the previous one. The number of positive reviews should speak volumes about the home and its owner. The only thing i believe that's missing is the option to have internet even if we have to pay for it. Nevertheless, having no internet access doesn't make our stay any less fun. This home will always be my first option when visiting Palm Springs.

The house was as advertised in the listing. Our issue was with the inaccessibility of the owner/renter when problems surfaced. The time it took to heat the pool/spa was not expected nor explained (over a day and a half). Lack of working overhead fan and light in the living area. Inadequately cleaned bathtub. There was no welcoming call or e-mail on the day of check-in or the day after inquiring as to whether all was fine. Nor was there any response to a phone message or e-mail sent by us for over a day. We loved having a private pool and the option of going to the community one as well. This is a quiet well maintained community on the north end of town. Its location has the benefit of being only a short drive to the downtown area. The home is fine for a family of 4-6 who have children. Ours loved the bunk bed set up. We won't be going back here however.

My husband and I went to palm springs for a business trip which was very last minute. Instead of staying in a hotel we loved the idea of a house with a private pool. We came across this listing and thought we would inquire. The owner was quite pleasant to work with and Very accommodating to our specific need. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly come back as we visit Palm Springs frequently. The house was well Put together and very clean. It was also located in a gated community with public pools and tennis courts which made us feel secure and private. This particular home back up to the desert so there is not a home behind you which made it perfect for star gazing in the hot tub! We couldn't be happier with our last minute pick and would certainly reccomend this house.

Perfect house for family with kids

This house was perfect for all my family needs. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old and it was super baby proof. It even had a fence around the pool which was very nice when you have kids. There were lots of indoor and outdoor toys for the kids. The location was perfect it had an amazing view of the mountain and desert. It was very nice when we needed help learning to run the pool we got in contact with someone in less then 5 minutes and they walked us through the steps. Candi was amazing to work with and she always answer our question. The neighborhood was very lovely too everyone was very friendly and would smile and wave and say hello. We loved it so much my husband and I were talking about making it a yearly trip for our family.

Best Rental Home I've Been To

The house is a fairly new home with all the amenities you can ask for in Palm Springs. It is very family friendly with toys and games, even a radio flyer wagon. The pool and spa can be heated to 81 and 101 degrees, respectively. Also, across the street to the Palm Springs Tram. The only downside is that it was very windy every night...hence, the wind turbine farms.

I stayed for a weekend with some friends, and it turned out great! The house had everything I needed, except for wireless internet =( But we ended up not really needing it anyway. Large backyard, and the weather was pretty hot, so having the swimming pool was great. Overall, my friends and I had a great weekend.

Great home with al the amenities. Everything was well kept up. Kids loved the pool & all the toys. We loved looking at the Mountains from the soothing Jacuzzi. Just close enough to downtown Palm Springs but far away enough for peace & quiet when wanted.

My family and I stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. We traveled with 2 toddlers and 4 adults. It was the ideal house for a quick getaway with little ones. The backyard pool was the perfect size for us, and so convenient too! Overall the house was very clean, which is a big deal for me. The high chair and travel crib came in very handy. I loved that the community was still close to shopping in other areas as well as downtown Palm Springs. We had a great time and would love to come back and stay again!

this houses was just great for us. plenty of room to sleep,play and cook. the pool was great. couldnt get the kids out. The house was clean an decorated very nice. had everything we needed. I think the wind in the evening was the only downfall. other than that. it was great.

PERFECT place to stay if you have small children. We couldn't have picked a better place. They had a high chair, pack and play/crib, kids pool toys, regular toys, stroller, wagon, kids movies, etc. We have a 3 year old and a 7 month old so it is hard to travel but this was like taking our home with us. The view from the pool is really nice, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was a really good experience, we will be back!

What a nice location and the view of the mountains is breathtaking.We had a great time here the house and the pooland spa where perfect and a very good value.I highly recomend this beautiful PS rental.

My brothers and I visit Palm Springs every year, for an annual golf vacation. This is the first time we decided to try a different house to stay at...not a wise choice in retrospect. First I'd like to say the house is probably great for some people, just not for us. The first image of the house as we drove up was that of garbage blown across the front yard. A garbage bag on the front curb wasn't closed properly and had blown trash all over the yard. Inside the house, the decor was nice, and the floors and counters were nice too. However, the largest TV in the entire house was 19". 19" is functional, but not exciting at all. Also, they only had basic cable, which is pretty much the local networks. We couldn't get TNT or TBS to watch the basketball playoffs. That really bummed us out. The beds were all very hard and not too comfortable, not to mention the bunk beds were broken. We had to do some creative "jury rigging" to keep the bottom bunk from sinking all the way to the floor. The house advertised a "gaming console". I was kind of expecting a playstation or original xbox or something, but instead got an old school Ms. Pacman game. Again, functional but not exciting. The pool and hot tub had heat, but the heat settings couldn't be adjusted. So neither of them actually got hot enough. More like a luke warm hot tub, and a pool that was really too cold to go in. Finally the location of this house is not as great as advertised. It is the very last row of houses in town. Several minute drive to anything remotely interesting. And the wind in the neighbor hood was really bad. Made grilling on the bbq and enjoying the patio difficult (which was an old charcoal grill, again functional but not exciting). I'm 32 and my brothers are both older in their 30's. We didn't like really much about this house, and will not come back. Mostly because it was boring, and the location sucked. I do think an older crowd, who enjoys reading at night, and not using the outdoor entertainment area.....would be the perfect house guest here.

We had a great stay at this property and would stay again in a heartbeat. The house is well maintained, clean and has everything you could want. We have 3 kids and all we packed were clothes and food. All the necessities and more are there. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would highly reccommend the property.

The rental property was great! Accommodations were wonderful. Modern decor, lots of living space and the place is very new. Great place to relax and enjoy the pool and weather or entertain. me & my wife stayed here only for 5 days but let me tell you it was like a 2 week romentic getaway in another place. meaning the house is in a very quite nighberhood. the house is updated with everything. beautiful big kitchen big living area nice garage 2 bathrooms fresh $ clean towels. end on top of all the privet - heated pool & jecuzy which was a dream.@ daytime & with lighting at night it was graet. end most of all the sarvice we got from the owner-mrs candi she is really amazing from a thru z she was there for us with a spacial guy that you can allways call if needed. we will be going back there

We just returned from our extended weekend getaway. My family and I had a great time. The house was better than what we expected. Very clean, very well furnished and cozy. The pool was a great plus, even though the community pool a short walk away. Candi was very efficient and very easy to work with and goes above and beyond. We will definately stay here again.

I really liked this house it was a great location very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.We had a lot of privacy by the pool and spa. My family enjoyed our stayed at this comfortable and clean home. The place is close to all the main attractions of the city, Palm Springs aerial tramway is right across the street, five minutes to spa casino. We loved this house, the pool w/hot tub, and the mountain views! The arcade game table was a hit with everyone! The location is perfect, close to the airport, the interstate, and downtown restaurants. The Palm Springs aerial tramway is right across the street, as is the Palm Springs visitor center. The house is stocked with everything a family needs, with the exceptions of food and clothing. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the house is nicely decorated. The owner is just a phone call away, and she is accommodating and very friendly. We recommend this rental to everyone!!!

My family enjoyed our stayed at this comfortable and clean home. I love the quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house was spacious and we had everything we needed at the house. The view from the house was awesome and breathe taking. I enjoyed a good cup of coffee everything morning taking in the beautiful view of the mountain, which I miss dearly. The owner had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The owner had lots of games and I just love playing the game table. My only suggestion for this house is to have bigger flat screen tvs. Highly recommend this property to you.

This rental was fabulous! It was very cozy and comfortable. The amenities were excellent and the pool was very clean and well kept. The owner provided great customer service and was wonderful to work with. She returned calls in a timely manner and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked with dishes and cookware. The owner provided shampoo, towels, lotion and many other extras which made the stay very convenient. There is also a table video game that my family really enjoyed. I would highly recommend this rental. We had a great time, and we will definately stay there again!

Our family had a great stay at the house. Very kid friendly, there were toys, dvds, pack-n-play, stroller, etc. They even had an arcade game with Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong, it was awesome!! Very well stocked with large bottles of shamppo, conditioner, lotion, even baby wash. Friends of ours rented a house 2mi away, just a little bit closer to downtown and it was 3 times as much with a $300 cleaning fee!! I would definetly recommend this house, when we come back to Palm Springs this will definetly be our place!

We stayed recently and had a great time. We utilized the tennis courts, went to town for dinner several times and even brought food home one night. The property was clean when we arrived and the video game was a blast from the past. It is very quiet and comfortable and would recommend it highly....

Kids had off and no place to go - thanks to me. I found Candie's home on a web site and called. She was quick to return all calls, flexible and fairly priced. Very pleasant to deal with. The home is modern yet cozy. Beautiful gated community and good location. The home was user friendly, a great deal for the price.

This home is in a very nice development, walking distance to pool and spa (very short walk) and the view off the back patio is amazing. Home is well furnished with many extra touches. Very comfortable and private, great for kids and very close to wonderful shops and restaurants.
