This Penthouse suite is luxury at its very best. From the smallest item to the largest luxury bed you could not wish for anything better. All expectations were exceeded for us. The views over the golf course are spectacular and the resort itself is beautiful maintained. Jonathan was on the island during our stay and was very attentive to our needs. All in all a perfect holiday and a definite return to place.

We spent 5 fantastic weeks on the Big Island which was highlighted by being able to stay in this gorgeous condo. The unit had everything a person could ask for and the art work is nothing less than specatcular. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jonathan for allowing us to stay in your unbelievable home.It truly made our vacation one to remember.

The Beach villa 2 bedroom condo was quite a pleasant surprise! Furnishings were well above the norm. Cleanliness is number one for me and my husband andthis condo passed the white glove test! The Lanai gave a spectacular view of the golf course, lake and the mountains!! I would love to have this kitchen in my own home plus there was a single car garage that was icing on the cake!! Location was excellent with the Queen's Market Place across the way and down the street were the Kings Shops and the beauty of Waikoloa. Even though we did not use the pool nor the fitness room they also rated a 10 on a scale of 10. One would not be doing themselves a favor by passing this condo with garage up for something else. Another plus was the owner who was very nice and professional.

Wow, what a great condo!! We really enjoyed our stay in this extremely well appointed unit. Everything in the condo was as described, and the unit is exactly as the pictures show. We have stayed on the island several times in the past, and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, spices, and everything you could need. Jonathan was extremely helpful with our reservations and answered all of our questions quickly. I would recommend this unit to anyone considering a stay on the Big Island.

Wonderful condo! My husband, myself, our son and daughter-in-law and their two sons spent an amazing ten days here over Christmas; a Christmas we will all treasure forever. The outdoor kitchen and dining area provided many happy evenings afer we had all returned from our various daily adventures. Blue Hawaii Helicopter tour is recommended but pricey for the best tour. Joe's, Dick's or Jack's Sandtrap (I can't recall which name, too many mai tai's) was great for dinner. Roy's was okay but wayyyy overpriced. Actually, after some gourmet "hunting and gathering" at the butcher shop and produce dept. of Island Gourmet, the meals we prepared ourselves were as good as one could ask for. Would we stay at this property again? Absolutely. Would we recommend it to others, Yes, yes, yes.

This was a great place to stay while on the Big Island. The condo is conveniently located and provided all the amenities one would need. We really appreciated all the beach accessories, such as snorkel gear, towels, etc., provided by the owner. The owner also provided a great information sheet prior to arrival that detailed many things to do and see on the island. The unit was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the lanai with the barbeque. Everything was well maintained and in good working order. If traveling with more than one car, parking at the complex is somewhat limited. Most spaces appear to be reserved and finding an available space can be challenging. We plan to return the the Big Island once a year and would definitely consider staying at this property again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2007 and could have stayed longer. The condo is great and exactly as pictured and described. The owner is a hands-on guy who wants to make sure your stay is pleasureable. The Big Island offers a wide range of activities and sights to take advantage of. The view is very nice and the lanai with built-in grill and sink is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal. We've rented VRBO properties many times in the US and Europe and this is a favorite. Highly recommended.

What a great condo! From the moment we arrived we were in the lap of luxury! The owner has spared no expense to make this place exceptional in every sense of the word. Even though a car is not required, if you do rent one there is a garage included in the rental. We have traveled throughout the world and this was by far the nicest. You will not be disappointed in this unit.
