This home has a outdoor firepit to erlax and enjoy conversation in the evenings! (bring your own wood) The front yard is nice and level for yard games, the side yard is fenced, the rear yard has a wonderful private wooded setting. You can relax on the screened porch or deck and enjoy nature or relax in the hot tub and gaze at the stars!
This home has over 3200 Square Feet! The first floor has a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, great room with vaulted ceiling, two bedrooms, two full baths and a laundry room. The great room leads to the deck which has a five-six person hot tub, patio table for 6 and a screened porch with wicker seating & a table w/chairs.
The second floor has a private master bedroom with its own bath and an overlooks onto the great room and the beautiful private wooded setting. - Burnside Island State Park just 12 minutes from our lake home has just opened up their new 18 HOLE GOLF COURSE! The fees are very low and the course is beautiful! They have carts to rent and you can play the front nine, the back nine or all 18 holes!
