Our cottage has three bedrooms, sleeps up to eight and has everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. There are 2 twin & 3 full size beds. Please bring your own bed linens, bath & kitchen towels. Air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fire pit, charcoal grill, pedal boat, enclosed front porch. Private boat dock available upon request.
The cottage is located at the South end of Torch Lake on Torch River. Just a 5 minute boat ride from your backyard to beautiful Torch Lake. Within walking distance to the public access on Torch Lake.
No Pets. No Smoking. Rent by Week; Sat to Sat Memorial Day to Labor Day. Off Season Rates available; Week or Day during off season (two night minimum). Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Experience Torch Lake's crystal clear waters, sandy bottoms and phenomenal sunsets. Recognized by National Geographic as one of the three most beautiful lakes in the world. Torch Lake is located in northwestern Michigan’s lower peninsula in what is referred to as the area’s 'chain of lakes' region. Many lakes and rivers run through the rolling hills from the town of Bellaire to Elk Rapids. One of the things that makes Torch Lake so beautiful is its unusual color – a mixture of pastel green, blue and turquoise. Some have called it a 'Caribbean Blue.' The colors and clarity of Torch Lake leaves one with lasting memories. Ideal swimming, boating, water skiing, sailing and a variety of water activities.
The close by surrounding communities offer a wide variety of artistic and cultural pursuits, excellent shopping and antiquing opportunities, and a huge assortment of restaurants, allowing you to explore the many quaint, picturesque and historic villages and towns in the area.

$500 deposit required to reserve, $1400 weekly rent due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 deposit returned by mail after cleaning and inspection.
