You are invited to escape to our little piece of paradise! Having been creatively redesigned with personal and customized features, this spectacular 3rd floor, direct Gulf front, SW corner unit is unique and the only one of its kind in one of the most desirable condo buildings in Indian Rocks Beach.
The Pier House, located at 420 Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785, is a small complex with 25 units located on the westernmost point of Pinellas County beaches. The building is secure, as a key or code is required for entry into the elevators, the beachside pool area and the beach. "Google Earth" the address and you will see the exact location and surrounding area.
The bright and colorful living/dining area of "our beach house" is spacious and comfortably accommodating with leather furniture, a 46" LCD flat panel TV, fireplace, and a pub height dining table (so you won't miss out on the view while you are enjoying your meal.) This area opens to a large wrap around balcony overlooking the beach, providing you with a totally unobstructed view - no bars from shutters, nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico except sand and sea oats! You will be captivated by the beauty of a different sunset every night! Experience the thrill in watching the formation of a storm out in the Gulf! Whatever the weather, when the show is over, come inside, dim the lights, and prop your feet up while you reflect on your day at the beach over a cocktail or two. You control the ambience of the condo to suit your mood with a flick of the switch, as all of the lights are on dimmers. A variety of music CD's are provided for your enjoyment.
The modern and spacious kitchen is open to the living/dining area and provides an impressive view of the Gulf! It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 sinks, instant hot water dispenser, and above and below cabinet lighting options. Should you decide to actually cook while you enjoy your stay here, you will find everything you need in this fully equipped kitchen, including plenty of ice for your blender concoctions! Or you may choose to enjoy the many restaurants that are within walking distance or a short drive.
You will find the master bedroom suite warmly inviting and furnished with a "grand" king size bed truly fit for a "king and queen". The positioning of the 32" flat screen TV on the wall makes for comfortable viewing from bed. The private "en suite" master bath is exquisitely built for two - double shower heads, his and her vanity areas, marble floors, and a 19" flat screen TV. There is a separate, small balcony which provides a nice SW view of the beach.
The second bedroom is simply appointed with a comfortable king size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The view from the window faces south, allowing you to see the beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Just outside this bedroom is the second bath with an extra large shower. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.
We hope that our condo shows as a reflection of our high standards - in the decore, in the way that it is equipped, and the extra little touches we put into caring for and maintaining it. So, if you desire to escape to a little piece of paradise, which offers superior accommodations in a small, friendly and quiet beach atmosphere, we would love to share "our beach house" with you.
P.S. We have everything you will need for a relaxing vacation, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Just bring your toothbrush and swim suit (and don't forget the sunscreen!) We look forward to your visit!

- Ride the Suncoast Trolley up and down the beach if you don't feel like driving. It goes from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach daily. There are a lot of terrific restaurants and bars, and things to do along the beach. So if you've had a little too much fun, be safe and take the Trolley. You can ride all day for one low price! It will let you off a short walk from the front door! There are also some great restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to the marina at the Holiday Inn where they offer boat rentals.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Rocks Beach
We chose to buy our vacation condo at the Pier House because Indian Rocks Beach is the most "quaint" beach in Pinellas County. The Pier House is on the westernmost point of Pinellas County's beaches, and the view from our corner unit is absolutely spectacular in every way! And, since we live only 5 minutes away, we are able to come and enjoy as often as we like, which is very often!!!!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
It truely is our home away from home with all of the comforts, plus some extras! We especially enjoy spending time on the balcony, with coffee in the shade in the morning and cocktails during sunset in the evening. It's fun to watch the pelicans and seagulls coast by right in front of your eyes. There are many restaurants and "dinking establishments" within walking distance, which is very convenient. The hammock swing provides a nice spot to relax and enjoy and scenery!
Rent a boat from Indian Rocks Boat Rentals and after your "cruise" have some food and drinks at Jimmy's on the outside deck!
