This spectacular 3rd floor, direct Gulf front, SW corner unit provides breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fabulous kitchen. Having been creatively redesigned with personal and customized features, it is unique and the only one of its kind in one of the most desirable condo buildings in Indian Rocks Beach.
The Pier House is a small complex with only 25 units located on the westernmost point of Pinellas County beaches. There is nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico except sand and sea grass. You will never encounter a crowd of beachgoers here. In fact, you could possibly be the only ones on the beach. (But no skinny dipping, please!) This condo has a nice beachfront pool and spa area that is very well maintained. The building is secure, as a key or code is required for entry into the elevators, the pool area and the beach. This is not your typical short term rental property, as many of the owners live here year round. We personally come here and enjoy often, as we live close by.
You will find the bright and colorful living/dining area to be spacious and comfortably accommodating with "comfy" leather furniture, a 46" LCD flat panel TV, fireplace, and a pub height dining table (so you won't miss out on the view while you are enjoying your meal.) This area opens to a large wrap around balcony overlooking the beach where you can relax with a cool drink in the porch swing and watch as the Pelicans and Seagulls coast through the sky right in front of your eyes. You will experience the beauty of a different sunset every night. A lot of times the sky is the most beautiful after the sun slides below the horizon. You may find some excitment in watching the formation of a storm out in the Gulf. Whatever the weather, when the show is over, come inside, dim the lights, and prop your feet up while you reflect on your day at the beach over a cocktail or two. You control the ambience of the condo to suit your mood with a flick of the switch, as all of the lights are on dimmers.
The kitchen is modern and spacious and open to the living/dining area and that glorious view of the Gulf of Mexico. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 sinks, instant hot water dispenser, and above and below cabinet lighting options. Should you decide to actually cook while you enjoy your stay here, you will find everything you need in this fully equipped kitchen, including plenty of ice for your blender concoctions!
The master bedroom suite is warmly inviting and furnished with a "grand" king size bed truly fit for a "king and queen". A 32" flat panel TV is comfortably viewable from bed. There is a small balcony with a nice view of the Gulf. The master bath is exquisitely built for two - double shower heads, his and her vanity areas, marble floors, and a 19" flat screen TV.
The second bedroom is simply appointed with a comfortable king size bed and lots of pillows. A 32" flat screen TV is positioned on the wall for easy viewing from the "recline" position. The Gulf is visable from the window. Just outside this room is another bath with an extra large shower. The laundry "room" is right there also, with a full size washer and dryer.
If you desire superior accommodations and wish to treat yourselves to a little luxury for a week, we hope you will choose "our beach house" for your vacation. While we would love to be able to accommodate families with small children, this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
In addition, we will not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. |
