  Our family had a wonderful first time visit to the island. The condo was great; it has everything you need & is well maintained. The view from the deck was priceless. The beach access was perfect for our family. The complex also has a secure pool area, which my kids loved. Ken was great to work with and we hope to visit there again!

  This townhouse is very well kept and well furnished. Big enough for everyone to have their own space but still feel like you are on a family vacation. The kitchen is wonderful to work in as well. Working with the owners was a breeze and they were very helpful with all questions. I will certainly recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

  My wife and 4 kids (ages 6,5,2,&1) were VERY comfortable here. Very convenient to nice section of the beach, outdoor shower & tile entry way to home that keeps the sand contained and easy to clean up. Had everything we needed to cook nice meals. Laundry on site was nice. NO squeaky doors or floors to wake up the little ones, carpet throughout! Very clean. Owners were very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend staying here, I know we hope to come back!

  This is now the 4th time we have stayed in this property. I love it. The view is fantastic, the property is extraordinarily clean. The kitchen has a ton of great cooking utensils. The furniture is clean, and comfy. Both of the decks that face the ocean have more than enough seating to accomodate all that are staying. The beach can not be beat it is like having your own private beach. The owner is quick to respond to your communications, and the photos do not lie. The place is exactly as you see it. I would recommend this property to everyone. I plan on staying here again!!

  Once again, for the second year in a row, our group of six enjoyed a glorious Labor Day Weekend at "Almost Oceanfront." This unit is conveniently located, immaculately clean well equipped. Everything was in perfect working order and easy to operate. The beds were made when we arrived and the towells were fluffy. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The owners were great to work with and delivered everything that they promised. We will definitely be back and highly recommend "Almost Oceanfront."

  This was our second stay at this home. We were here 2 years ago, and returned, largely due to wonderful experience at this place. The house is beautifully decorated, and very clean and in great condition. Views are beautiful, and it really feels like you are right on the beach. Our second time here was just as great as the first, and we drive many many hours. Ocean is always warm here to which is a plus. Will likely come back again if they will have us!

  Sea Star #320 revealed itself to be an excellant choice for our family getaway. The owners were extremely helpful and the whole process went flawlessly. Their coastal home was everything it was advertised to be. The structure easily acommodated my wife and I, our two sons and their families. The kitchen had every utensil necessary and all household systems worked as intended. You'll find the ocean close and user friendly. We all were surprised that the shore wasn't crowded . If you're looking for a peaceful respite from the usually noisy world then this is the place.

  Excellent family vacation. We had such a great time and the house was perfect for family. House was very nice and clean with everything you could need and located Almost Oceanfront.. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family..

  We had a wonderful time at this Surf City house. The home was very comfortable, clean, and there was plenty of room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the pool. The owners were very good at communicating check in/out procedures. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!
