Why the Owner Chose St. Maarten
When our first grandchild was born we decided we needed a beach home for our family and friends that was close to our home in Daytona Beach. We chose our condominium because of the location in a residential area south of Daytona Beach but close to all the conveniences we and our family enjoy plus the amenities of a complete fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, spas, etc.
We also based our decision on the fact that a 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront condo with
over 2,200 sq ft will be perfect for our full-time residence when we retire.
We have not been disappointed!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The convenience of our beach home to shopping, the Ocean Center, Daytona Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Marine Center plus other opportunities to experience Florida’s natural beauty provides something for everyone. Disney World, St Augustine and the Space Center are all a short drive away for a day trip from the beach.
When our family or friends with children visit, the first thing we do in the mornings is head downstairs for the beach and some early morning surf fishing, body surfing or swimming in the the oceanfront pools before coming up for breakfast.
The St Maarten Condominium is located on the ocean in Daytona Beach Shores which is between the City Daytona Beach, the Ocean Center, Peabody Auditorium, Ocean Walk and Ponce Inlet.

My wife spent most of her life on, or near, the ocean growing up in Daytona Beach and vacationing at a beach house in Falmouth, MA while living in Boston while I spent most of my life in New York City and Oneonta, NY before we met and returned to Daytona Beach to raise our family. We always enjoyed going to the beach for Sunday brunches, hand ball or volleyball on the beach or body surfing. So when our first grandchild was born in Denver, Colorado, we decided they should have the opportunity to experience “life on the beach”

This condo suited all of us, a family of 5 adults. The unit was spacious, allowing us our "own" space within the four walls. The bedrooms were roomy and the furniture comfortable. The veiw from the balcony was indescribable...it went on and on and on. We had beautiful sunrises! The kitchen was well stocked and had every gadget needed for entertaining. It truly is more beautiful than the photos. Would we return next year? ABSOLUTELY! Arnie was wonderful to work with, very attentive to details and certainly made the check in process smooth. The St Maarten Condominium is close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. This unit would suit any age group and the resort was friendly to all ages. We would love to return to this spot one day. As Arnie says "any day is a good day at the Beach".

We just finished our vacation and it was hard to leave. Our stay was incredible! Arnie and Pat had thought of everything including a welcome bottle of wine and breakfast danish! The view was amazing from the awesome sunrises to the full moons glow. This was the first time our family had all vacationed together and with the size it was most enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again!

The place was wonderful!!! It was like being at home. They had things there for us that we didn't have to bring from home. The pools were nice and clean, all 3 of them. We used the billards room and exercise room. Very nice also. The only thing we had a little trouble was with the keys. We only had 2 and with us there were times when we wanted to go 3 different ways. But we manage to figure that out. The condo was layed out great. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Would love to go back there again in the future!! I would recommend this property to any member of our family and friends. We did have some trouble finding a place to eat for supper that wasn't over priced.
