(After over three years of renting our condo, we have found that our renters favorite part of our condo is our deck!) see below for more info. We are in Building 39 which is directly overlooking the lake!
Enjoy the best of both worlds in this family-oriented peaceful gated community. Relax with your family and friends in your private get-away. Take a swim in one of the 6 pools and 6 kiddie pools. Then take a ten minute walk to the beautiful Atlantic ocean and enjoy endless miles of the beach where you can fly kites, go kayaking, swimming, windsurfing for the day or just relax in the sun while the kids build sandcastles.
Our condo is professionally decorated but also has the warmth and coziness of a home. Our full-equipped kitchen has vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, dishwasher and much more. If you feel like cooking on your vacation, you will have everything you need to make your gourmet meal!! Our unit is one of only a few units in Ocean Keyes with wireless internet.
Walk downtown and have dinner in one of the many family-oriented restaurants or at the local Irish Pub, walk over to Fat Harolds Beach Club and watch the Shag Dancers and if you are there on a Tuesday night take free Shag Dance Lesson!
Have a barbecue and sit on one of the picnic tables provided by the condo. After dinner, sit out on the screened-in deck directly overlooking the beautiful lake and just enjoy the picturesque views with the pretty fountains. Even on the hot summer night, you will feel the breeze from this corner unit. You will also have plenty of room inside our spacious beauitfully decorated 1500 square foot condo to relax. The community's air-conditioned fitness facility overlooking one of the pools is also a great place to unwind and excercise. If you like to shop, you're in the best place with the outside shopping centers, outlet stores and malls.
We are only about a half an hour away from North Carolina which also has beautiful beaches and unique gift shops and about an hour and half away from historic Charleston, SC which is a great place to take a ride.
Have a good night sleep with just the quiet sounds of the lake. Wake up in the Master Bedroom to the the sunrise over the lake and have a nice hot cup of coffee on the deck and just start all over!!

We are Kathleen & Bryan Logue and live right outside of Boston. I work for the Commonwealth of MA and Bryan works for a food delivery service. We have two children and one grandchild and a very large extended family. Bryan is an awesome cook. We love to take walks on the beach and downtown when we are here.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Keyes
Our condo is a dream come true for us. We vacationed in New Hampshire for years with our two kids and fell in love with the peaceful lakes. A few years ago we discovered North Myrtle Beach and the beauty of the ocean and were torn. Then we found Ocean Keyes (pre-construction) and now feel we have both of best worlds. We have a beautiful view of the lake and can walk to the ocean. What could be better!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our favorite part of the condo is our screened-in deck. Because it is the corner unit we almost always have a breeze even in the really hot days. Also because of its location we have sunshine all day long. Our unit faces East so that the sun comes up over the deck in the morning and ends up in guest rooms where you can sometimes see the sunset. Our bedroom overlooks the lake also and it is so peaceful to wake up and see the lake.
