Our apartmenthouse in the 17th district of Vienna, very central. It has four large, comfortable holidayhomes for families and business guests. Within an one minute walk you reach a shopping centre, the district museum, one of Vienna's oldest theaters, a public bath with in- and outdoor swimming-pool, many nice restaurants with moderate prices and in the house is a very good pastry shop.
The centre and castle Schönbrunn can be reached easily by public transport. In front of the vacation rentals is the tram station.
All our apartments are full furnished, central heated and have broadband LAN for free. You will find bed-linen, towels and things for the daily use. Please notice that we don’t allow peds. Free of charge we provide baby-cot, a children chair, changing station and carriage.
APARTMENT ANDRE (80 sqm, suitable for 4 persons) on the 2nd floor consists of anteroom, toilet, kitchen with gas-oven, refrigerator, bathroom with tub and washing-machine, one bedroom with double-bed and one with two single-beds, a spacious living-room with dining place with Sat-TV, toys and books.
APARTMENT RENE (100 sqm, suitable for 6 persons)on the 1st floor consists of anteroom, toilet, kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic plated-oven and dish-washer, bathroom with shower cabin, one large bedroom with double-bed, cable-TV, and a smaller one with two separately beds. In the living-room is a dining place, cable-TV and a sofa-bed for 2 persons.
APARTMENT LISE (80 sqm, suitable for 4 persons) on the 1st floor is in the typical Vienna Style (Historism & New Age Style) with modern comfort. It has a wooden anteroom, a toilet, a kitchen with electro-oven, refrigerator, a bathroom with tub and washing-machine. In the master-bedroom is a double-bed and a white tiled stove with cable-TV. In the spacious living-dining room with a beautiful wooden ceiling is a dining place and a sofa-bed for two more persons.
APARTMENT LOTTE (110sqm, suitable for 6 persons) can be connected with apartment Lise by a pad double door locked on both sides.
In the master-bedroom are a double with 2 separately beds, chests, a white tiled stove and cable-TV. In the kitchen-cum-living room is a comfortable dining place, cable-TV, an electro-oven, micro-wave, refrigerator and a dishwasher. The second master-bedroom with double-bed is separated from the other through the anteroom and has cable-TV too. In the bathroom is a tub, a shower-cabine, two washbasins and a washing-machine. The toilet is separately.
APARTMENT LISELOTTE is about 190 sqm and even 10 people have enough place staying together.
