Photo 1 - Kohala Coast, Big Island, Hawaii Condo Welcome to Paradise! We want to share our home away from home with You. Our two bedroom, two bath unit is light, bright and roomy. This spacious, upper level, two story, unit sleeps six and overlooks green space and one of the two pools in the complex. The upstairs loft bedroom has a king bed, lots of closet space, vanity and three-quarter bath. The main floor guest bedroom has two queen beds and is located next to a full bath with separate vanity area and washer/dryer. The living room has a love seat and queen sleeper sofa. You won’t want for eating space with two bar stools, dining table (seats four) and an outdoor table that seats six. All rooms, including the lanai, are equipped with ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The condo is completely furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. We provide linens, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, cooler and beach mats. Of course, the kitchen is well outfitted with utensils, dishes, cookware, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, small food processor, rice cooker and coffee grinder. You will find plenty to entertain you inside when you have had enough sun or activity for the day. The living area boasts TV, DVD player, VCR and CD stereo. We also have an assortment of board games, puzzles and movies. We think sunset from the lanai is possibly the best entertainment around! Waikoloa Villas features two pool/cabana/barbeque areas. Our unit is just a short walk to the "A" pool, which also has shuffleboard, a hot tub, refrigerator, two gas barbeques and both covered and outside eating areas. Guests receive discounted golf rates of approximately $60 for 18 holes, including a cart, a value that is hard to beat. Two tennis courts on the property may be reserved at no charge. The Village, itself, has a very nice grocery store and deli, bank, gas station, pharmacy, physician and dentist offices, port office, video rentals and restaurants, all just a short walk away. A ten minute drive away are well-known resorts, shopping, and restaurants. The Villas complex is conveniently located to allow exploring in every direction. Some of our favourites include Hapuna Beach State Park (twelve minute drive) and A-Bay (ten minute drive), Waipio Valley and stargazing right from the property.

Regular Season .. Apr 01-Dec 14 .. $125/night.
High Season ..... Dec 15-Mar 31 .. $140/night.
Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Add $100 cleaning fee and 11.42% Hawaii tax.
$350 refundable security deposit, due 30 days prior to arrival.
$350 deposit due within 10 days of booking or reservation will be cancelled.
