We rented this unit September 17 to 24th. Excellent unit clean and for 2 couples the king beds were great. 4 adults 2 children and we had penty of room. Great view & the beach chairs were great.

Look no further, this condo is perfect. Vycki was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This condo was super clean and being on the 3rd floor was also a plus. We will definately return :)

First of all, Vycki was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our trip. The condo was perfect and so clean. We really enjoyed staying there and the 3rd floor has a great view. My only wish is that there would have been some movies inside the condo to watch, but otherwise, a good time was had by all. This condo was awesome! Perfect for two families. This had to be the cutest condo we've ever stayed in. The walls were painted with trendy colors and the decor was perfect. It was our home away from home. Each room is VERY spacious. The Bathrooms are huge. Very clean as well. Vycki, the owner, was very easy to work with. It was a last minute stay and she was so "on top" with everything. We loved it and will definitely be back.

The decor is beautiful and bright, the view is breathtaking...a HUGE balcony that opens up from both master bedrooms and living room. 3rd floor is nice--high enough for view, but close enough to walk up...We really enjoyed our time here! The Splash is a great condo with lots to do for the kiddos, rain or shine!

Recommended for:Families with young children, tourists without a car.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. What a perfect view of the beach. We could see manatees and stingray swimming along the shallows. The condo was even more than we expected. It is decorated beautifully and makes you want to re-paint your house when you go home. On top of the condo itself, Vycki was great to work with. She responded quickly to calls and emails; and she was flexible for us when we needed to make a last minute adjustment to our arrival/departure date. A++ experience!

We stayed at this condo for my sons 2nd birthday Sept 24th weekend.. and it was perfect! Thanks Vycki for letting us stay there.. The condo is gorgeous! I loved the colors and the beds are so comfy. It rained the last 2 days but with the beautiful condo.. We didnt mind. This condo is right on the beach and on the lower floors which i prefer. I hope we can do this every year! Thanks again Vycki!

We stayed in this condo the week of 5/16/09 with our daughter and her family. We had a great time. Our grandchildren, ages 11, 9, and 6, found a lot to do even though the weather did not cooperate with us. The condo was spacious, clean and we loved the balcony. We had the best time staying in this condo. There were 6 of us. We had two 14 year old boys and two 11 year old girls. There was a lot of things for smaller children to enjoy around the resort but our teens had just as much fun with the game room, lazy river, and pool. Our 14 year old boys enjoyed the working out in the fitness center daily. We all loved the decor and we had a great view even though we were only on the third floor. It was just right-not too high up or too low. The only negative thing we have to say is the one and only hot tub the resort had was broken and we were told by the staff that it had been broken for about three months. However this is not a reflection on Vicki's condo. It was VERY clean and beautiful. We will definetely be booking this room again and hopefully soon. Thanks again Vicki.

We stayed in the Surfrider unit over the summer. I have to say that it was the BEST vacation we have ever had. The furnishings were fabulous, the unit was so clean and we loved working with Vycki. We will definitely be going back to PCB and will only book through Vycki.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Splash. The condo was tastefully decorated, and had internet access that worked great! It is definitely a family oriented place, as the kids loved the lazy river, pools, and water park. Rates were reasonable at the end of September, the kicker being free beach chair rental. Our experience with agents and management were all pain free as well. Would highly reccomend to others.

We enjoyed our stay the week of July 4th. The condo is beautiful and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. It is conveniently located on the 5th floor. We would definately stay again if returning to Panama City. Thanks for a great week!
