Welcome to our Washington Wine Country Rental, located just blocks from the center of Downtown Walla Walla, within walking distance of many Tasting Rooms and Fabulous Restaurants (such as Creektown Cafe, Safron, Whitehouse Crawford, Sweet Basil Pizza, etc) Walla Walla has over a hundred wineries and some of them are making some of the finest wines in the World!
We will gladly assist you in creating a wine tour you will not forget...we have tasting maps and other information provided at the home for you. We have been to many of the wineries and will share our favorites. If you are new to tasting...we can share a few tips with you that we have learned.
The "W" is a 2 Bedroom fully furnished home. We have tried to think of everything to make you feel at home. Both bedrooms have Queen, Westin Heavenly Beds and high thread count sheets. The bedrooms are perfect for two couples.
The living room includes a 37" High Def. LCD TV w/over 200 channels on DirecTV, a High Def DVR, a DVD player and a VHS player. For you sports fans, we also have the NFL and MLB packages, on the Living Room TV.
Both bedrooms have DVD players (only) in them for your enjoyment. If you want to check your e-mail or surf the web, we have high speed internet with a wireless network. If you want to leave your computer at home, we have a computer area with a desktop computer, a 17" LCD monitor and, of course, high speed internet access.
The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals. Just bring food. Safeway is less than a mile away, plus many other stores are close by...or if you'd rather not cook after a day of wine tasting, you can walk to many outstanding restaurants. Bring a bottle of wine with you, as many of the restaurants will open it for you for a small corkage fee.
Also provided are soft, fine-hotel quality towels. A gas BBQ on the patio, plus outdoor seating for 6+ people.

Our daily and weekly rates include all hotel, city and state taxes. All stays, 2 nights and longer, also include cleaning up to 2 hours.

Had a great time at the county fair. Visited the most beautiful wineries, Basel Cellars is a must see. 3 Rivers is really nice too. All of the vineyards were dripping with grapes. Great photos. - Air Conditioning: Central air. It is forced air, no window units here.
- Washer: Washer and Dryer are on site for your personal use if needed. Soap provided.

Welcome to the W on Walnut, Walla Walla Wine Country vacation rental. We love to travel and we love the wine experience, so we decided to share it with friends, old and new.
When we travel we like to bring our dogs (Buhner & Chipper), rent a house and go wine tasting. We have tried very hard to provide a home away from home for our guests. Taking what we enjoyed from each house that we have stayed.
When we are not in wine country we are in Seattle, where we live, selling real estate and writing about Baseball and Soccer.

Why the Owner Chose Walla Walla
Walla Walla is a great little city. With over a hundred wineries and fabulous restaurants...who wouldn't want to buy in Walla Walla. It does remind us of wine areas in California. However, we can drive to Walla Walla, and the wineries are so much more welcoming than in other areas. We have really become huge fans of the Walla Walla reds, the people, and the atmosphere.

The W on Walnut is walking distance to many tasting rooms and restaurants we enjoy. You can begin your day with a stroll downtown to Starbucks or the Farmers Market. Go back to the house and get ready for a day of wine tasting. You could walk to over 10 tasting rooms. Then venture back to relax on the patio. Have a little bbq and then walk to Creektown Cafe for one of their famous desserts. Then end the day with a movie or play a game from our collection.

Hello Jon and Michele: We had a great time in Walla Walla and enjoyed the "W" on Walnut. It worked out well for us. We didn't make it to Ensemble, but went to quite a few wineries and tasted (and bought) some great wine. We also had dinner at Whitehouse Crawford which was very good. Here's the best part: I graduated from Whitman way back when. I stay in infrequent touch with one of my college roommates who lives in New York. We talk or visit every two or three years. Well, she emailed me while we were in Walla Walla that she was coming to WW the next day with her daughter to look at Whitman!. So, we got together and had a great visit. If we had tried to plan that, it would have never happened. Thanks for renting us your cute and comfortable house.
