Please note that the house is a smoke free environement. You do your own washing, cooking and cleaning.

on Lartigue street. (a very small pedestrian street)
2 minutes walk from the Beaudry metro station.
15 mnt walk from the Place des Arts
15 mnt walk from the Old Montréal.
8 mnt walk from the UQAM university.
8 mnt from the Bery Bus terminal

There are 5 bedrooms; 3 on the second floor plus 2 in the bassement. (THERE IS ANOTHER BEDROOM IN THE LOFT FOR A GRAN TOTAL OF 6 BEDROOMS)
ALL TOGETHERE THE HOUSE (WITHOUT THE LOFT) CAN ACCOMODATE 12 ADULTS:
6 ADULTS IN 3 QUEEN SIZE BEDS (2ND FLOOR),
1 ADULT OR 2 CHILDRENS IN A DOUBLE SIZE SOFA BED (IN THE LIVING ROOM),
2 IN A QWEEN SIZE BED (IN THE BASMENT)
1 IN A SINGLE SIZE BED, (IN THE BASMENT)
1 ON THE SOFA BED (IN THE BASMENT)
1 ON THE MOBILE MATRASS.
THE HOUSE CAN SLEEP 14 (INCLUDING THE LOFT).
note that there is also a crib for todlers.

RULES:
UNFORTUNATLY DUE TO PAST ABUSES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO STRESS OUT THE FOLOWING RULES:
The house is a non smoker environment. if you need to smoke use the back yard.
At night avoid making noise in the street or in the back yard, it is easy to ear what people say when talking in the street or in the back yard.
Be respectful of the neighbourhood at all time and especially at night.
No outside party after 10 pm.
Don't slam the front door! and keep the front door closed & locked at all times, except for entering and exiting the house.
When leaving the house, wash the dishes and leave the house reasonably clean.
When departing please lock the front door, and all other doors and windows, put the alarm system on, and slide the key through the mail slot.
IMPORTANT: IF YOUR INTENTION OF LIFE STYLE DON'T AGREE WITH THESE RULES THEN DON'T RENT THE HOUSE.
BOOKING;
In order to book and reserve your stay you have to:
1)Your group has to agrees with rules mentioned above and the responsable persone must mention in an email that the group will comply with the rules.
2)send by mail a booking deposit (a money order or bank draft in US or Canadian). After your arrival this booking deposit is turned in to a security deposit. this security deposit is refunded (mailed back) to you a few days after your stay. please contact us for details.
3)ID of the responsable person

SPECIAL SITUATIONS:
Normaly the 3rd floor is not accessible, but in spécial situations (for a suplement: 250$/night including 2 adults) the 3rd floor could be accessible.
the loft is not rented independently. it is only available to those allredy renting the house if the need more space.
This would give access to a (5th bedroom) whish is a luxurious loft including 1 qween size bed, one full bath room with washer and dryer, one kitchen (less the oven), one fire place, and 2 large balconies.

- Twin/Single Bed: 1 single bed in the basement along with a queen size bed. Thus 3 adults can sleep in the basement.
- Convertible Bed: 1 portable foam mattrass that can be installed where ever you want. there is Also a sofa bed in the living room good for 2 kids.
- Crib: One foldable crib for babys and todlers.

Fees:$360/night (all included for up to 4 persons) rates in CANADIAN $
beyond 4: $50 aditional for each extra adults per night. 20$ if below 16years old.
20% reduction for 7 days up to 13 days rental
30% discount for 14 days up to 4 weeks
40% discount for 4 weeks and up, Special situations can be negotiated
Add $250/night for the loft (including 2 adults)
There is a 300$ security déposit (refunded after your stay)
There's 300$ reservation fee (turned in your security derposit after your arrival)
