If you are planning on some vacations in Montreal (province of Quebec),We offer you an alternative way to live the Montreal life style. A house near downtown Montreal close to everything and within walking distance of the city’s heartbeat!
Normaly 4 bedrooms, but up to 5 bdrooms in special situations (reed below).
Please note that the house is a smoke free environement. You do your own washing, cooking and cleaning.
LOCATION:
on Lartigue street. (a very small pedestrian street)
2 minutes walk from the Beaudry metro station.
15 mnt walk from the Place des Arts
15 mnt walk from the Old Montréal.
8 mnt walk from the UQAM university.
8 mnt from the Bery Bus terminal

BEDS AND BEDROOMS:
There are 4 bedrooms; 3 on the second floor plus one in the bassement.
ALL TOGETHERE THE HOUSE CAN ACCOMODATE 11 ADULTS: 8 ADULTS IN QUEEN SIZE BEDs, ONE IN A SINGLE SIZE BED, PLUS 2 IN A DOUBLE SIZE SOFA BED IN THE LIVING ROOM.
Ultimatly one more on a mobile portable matrass fo a possible gran total of 12.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms with qween size beds. 6 adults can sleep on the 1st floor.
In the living room there is a sofa bed good for 2 adults.
In the basement there is a queen size bed good for 2 adults, plus a single bed for one adult. 3 adults can sleep in the basement.
All together it is possible to have up to 9 adults in bed + 2 more in the sofa bed of the living room. there is also a mobile matrass for one extra adult so that up tp 12 adult.
note that there is also a crib for todlers.
BATH ROOMS:
One full bath room on the 2nd floor (including a wirl bath).
Plus one full bath room on the 1st floor (ground floor).
Plus one sink in the bassement beside the basement's bedroom.
also one bath room in the loft.
RATES:
NO NEED TO CONTACTE ME FOR THE RATES. YOU CAN CALCULATE YOURSELF THE RATE. PLEASE LOOK AT THE BOTOM OF THIS PAGE FOR RATES. Rates are in Canadian dollars and can only be payed in canadian$
LOFT RATES: 200$ night (only available to those alredy renting the house if they need more space) this price include 2 adults.
AVAILABILITY:
UNFORTUNATLY I CAN NOT UPDATE THE CALANDAR AT THE BOTOM OF THE PAGE. IT IS THEREFORE BETTER TO EMAIL ME FOR AVAILABILITY.
RULES:
Unfortunately due to past abuses it is important to stress out the following rules because what is obvious for some may not be for other, therefore:
The house is a non smoker environment. if you need to smoke use the back yard.
At night avoid making moise in the street,it is easy to ear what people say when talking in the street.
Be respectful of the neighbourhood at all time and especially at night.
Don’t ’wake up the neighbours.
Don’t make excessive noise at night.
Discretion is required especially at night.
Keep the front door closed & locked at all times, except for entering and exiting the house.
Don't slam the front door!
When leaving the house, wash the dishes and leave the house reasonably clean.
When departing please lock the front door, and all other doors and windows, put the alarm system on, and slide the key through the mail slot.
IMPORTANT: If your intentions or life style dose not agree with these rules then don’t rent the house.
BOOKING;
In order to book and reserve your stay you have to:
1)Your group has to agrees with rules mentioned above and the responsable persone must mention in an email that the group will comply with the rules.
2)send by mail a booking deposit (a money order or bank draft in US or Canadian). After your arrival this booking deposit is turned in to a security deposit. this security deposit is refunded (mailed back) to you a few days after your stay. please contact us for details.
3)ID of the responsable person

SPECIAL SITUATIONS:
Normaly the 3rd floor is not accessible, but in spécial situations (for a suplement: 200$/night including 2 adults) the 3rd floor could be accessible.
the loft is not rented independently. it is only available to those allredy renting the house if the need more space.
This would give access to a (5th bedroom) whish is a luxurious loft including 1 qween size bed, one full bath room with washer and dryer, one kitchen (less the oven), one fire place, and 2 large balconies.
