Great care has been taken to provide all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms (king bed in each)& bathrooms plus a half bath are located on the first floor. The kitchen is state of the art and includes a bar sink and ice maker. Porches on three sides of the home include a screened porch with fireplace in back, porch swing in front and a gas grill on the side porch. The side entry on the first floor offers a wall of hooks for towels, hats & bags and many "cubbies" for beach toys. Upstairs includes a master with king bed, another bedroom with king bed and bunk room that can sleep five. The master bedroom offers a private deck overlooking natural wooded areas. Surround sound is supplied throughout the house and porches.
There is easy access to extensive biking trails, pools and the beach club.
