Great place to stay

We stayed here during 4th of July weekend 2010, and this house slept 8 comfortably. The master and a futon are also downstairs, which is great if one family has kids and doesn't want to bother the other guests. We also got an unbelievable deal - 3 nights on a holiday weekend for $450! It was a piece of cake finding it, even in the rain at night, and it's close to Wal-Mart and a boat launch. There is no pier but you have easy water access for floating and getting in and out, and the water isn't deep, so you really don't need one. The best part about this house was how quiet it was for a holiday weekend -- it's in a cove, so no noisy boat traffic, and even in the main part of the lake, it wasn't crowded. We would stay again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
