Living room - Albuquerque House This is a spacious 1735 sq.ft. 3 bedroom/2 bath home in the NW area of Albuquerque in a convenient location close to restaurants, movies, Cottonwood Mall and Intel. It's only a 55 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe and 25 min. to Old Town. Balloon Fiesta Park is less than 15 min. This home has a large master with a huge walk-in closet and the master bath has a separate shower and large oval tub with tile floors. The other 2 bedrooms are seperated from the master and one has a queen bed and the other has 2 comfy twin beds. TV's in all bedrooms. It is cooled by a master cool evaporative cooler and it keeps the house very very cool. Heat is gas. Very tastefully decorated in a modern southwest theme with French Provincial in one bedroom. The kitchen appliances have just been updated with all stainless steel. Everything is furnished including soft linens, cookware, utensils, TV's, DVD player and stereo/radio, phone, internet and computer! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Well behaved Pets are accepted with a $100 per pet deposit. Credit check required for rentals longer than 1 month.
