Welcome to Sparks! Sparks is located approximately 10 minutes to downtown Reno. Our loft is perfect for vacationers and the business executive. For those who don't want to stay near downtown Reno and Sparks, this is the place for you. Quiet and peaceful. Did I mention the views of the Sierra Nevada mountains? Breathtaking.
You'll find two restaurants, a coffee house, and a pet store on site. You can walk, jog, even bike around the marina and enjoy the park-like setting. Our loft is located right by the docks. We have a canoe you may borrow, we just need advanced notice. The local sailing club is on hand to give lessons. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole. Our locals love the fishing here. There's also swimming, beach volleyball, and a kid park. You'll also find designated BBQ areas. Dogs are welcome but we ask that you wipe them down throughly before entering the loft. They to will have fun swimming at the dog park. For those who love summer time fun, the Wild Island water park and miniature golf is just minutes away. And for the adults, there's even a casino on the west side of the marina. We can also assist you in golf and ski packages. Just opened LEGENDS AT THE SPARKS MARINA, including Scheel's (all sports store) and Target. More to open within 2009 and all within walking distance.
Our loft is tastefully decorated. There is a queen bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your needs and has bar style seating for five. We have a crib, toddler cot and booster available upon request.
So as you see, you don't even have to leave the marina.

Year Purchased: 2007
I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. I have a love for the water. I have a degree in Marine Biology and am an avid scuba diver. This is why we also have a house on Utila, Honduras.
Why the Owner Chose Reno
I have always loved the Sparks Marina. I was walking around the Marina and noticed the sign that the top floor of the building was being sold as residental units. I went up and looked at them, called my husband and made an offer. We just fell in love and thought it would be a great place to have a vacation rental. It reminded us of being on the beach in Honduras. We even enjoy using it when it is not rented.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The Loft's best quality for me is sitting on the lania drinking wine and watching the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. It has great resturants right in the same building and is in walking distance to shops, casinos and more resturants. I enjoy walking around the Marina and taking my son to the park.
