The beach is the backyard! Walk 200yds to world-class surf break San Pedrito. 5 minute drive to Los Cerritos.

This red brick hacienda boasts of 3000 sq. ft. of indoor living space, including three spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, huge great room, and gourmet kitchen- perfect for any family or small group retreat desiring a peaceful, secluded stay on the beach.

Kids suite is complete with 3 twin beds and queen bunkbeds (more available upon request). Master Suite has king-size bed and enormous stone bathtub/shower. Watch the sunset every evening from your private porch! The Junior suite has a queen-size bed. This suite offers maximum privacy with its own adjacent full bath.

The Great room is comfortably furnished providing seating with 180 degree views of the beautiful garden, beach, and ocean. The Kitchen is open to the great room and meets all your food preparing needs and more.

Outdoor bathroom and hot shower offers 3rd full bath. Mature landscaping is a very special natural native bird sanctuary and canopies over a giant private yard. A Rainbow play structure and swing set are among one the many things making this home perfect for family fun.

Your beach-gear needs are covered! Umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys, and beach chairs are provided.
