  • We just completed a stay at this lovely, wonderfully equipped home and had a fantastic time. The community amenities are so terrific that we decided to buy a home of our own here! As previous comments have mentioned, the owners of this home are, indeed, wonderful, caring people who go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable, have everything they need and have a good time. They were also very helpful after we started the purchasing process with our new home, with recommendations for local services. We were totally delighted with our renting experience and would highly recommend this home to others wanting to check out or to simply enjoy this beautiful community! Even in the middle of monsoon season, it's a great vacation destination!

  • I stayed in this home for nine nights starting on June 19. It is very comfortable, and has everything you need and more. The owners were very helpful and respected my privacy, as they live close by. My only negative comment is that I was refused entrance into the amenities, which I had been told I could use when I paid my rental fee. The owners did refund me $100, but I would have preferred use of the facilities. Also, be very careful with the "Magic Jack" internet/phone service. This is a server, and keeps track of all of your web browsing and phone calls. Avoid entering any banking information, be aware you are putting your contacts onto a potential telemarketing list. I would definitely return to this location, but caution is needed with web/phone security.

  • We arrived in January from the cold, snowy north to a warm vacation paradise. The accomodations are superb with all the amenities that anyone could require. Our landlords are wonderful people who try their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. The facilities are outstanding with the fitness center, pool and hot tub giving you a five star resort lifestyle. We have played golf on many occasions at Poston Butte and have found it to be both challenging and fun to play. The views are spectacular with the mountains in the background and beautiful sunsets most nights.

  • We stayed at this property Jan.-May 2008. It was a fabulous experience. The owners were very accommodating, providing all the information we required about golf and the community. Everything we could possibly need was provided for us. The house was tastefully decorated in the southwestern style and it has been meticulously maintained We thoroughly enjoyed the golf course and the fantastic club fitness facilities. We recommended this house to friends and they are renting it for the winter of 2009 while we have rented the owners' other property in the development.

  • We spent Dec. 2007 in this beautiful house. The renters were superb, friendly, helpful, and made it so enjoyable for us to stay there for a month. We played golf with them and had a great time. They answered all our questions and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. The house is excellent and well furnished with everything you need. If we decide to stay in this area again, we would definitely try to stay here. A great experience.
