This beautiful beachfront Villa has direct access to the beach with unspoilt views. It is situated in a beautiful village about 100km from Cape Town. The village is about a 5 minute drive away.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms all en-suite. In the master bedroom is a king-sized bed.The guest bedroom a queen size bed . Third bedroom a double bed and fourth bedroom double bunk beds. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom. The master bedroom and bedrooms 3 and 4 all have a bath and shower. The guest bedroom has a shower.
There is a double garage with direct entrance to the first floor . On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms en-suit and a small lounge with TV.
Downstairs is the guest bedroom en-suit , entertainment area with TV, fireplace , kitchen and outside maidroom en-suite. We can arrange daily cleaning service (no charge). On the patio is 10-seater table. Every room in the house has unspoilt views of the sea and lagoon. You can enjoy every watersport possible and there is a kayak to use.
