Villa Le Cupe is a luxury 5 bedroom villa with swimming pool on the Adriatic coast at Cupra Marittima in the South of the Marche Region.

Positioned on a unique natural terrace, the property has sweeping views of the sea, the hilltop town of Cupra Alta and the ruins of the medieval Castel Sant’Andrea.

The beach, 100m away as the crow flies, is a short walk down the hill. The sea here is clean and shallow for 50m or so making it ideal for children. Guests at the villa have use of a front row beach umbrella free of charge.

Villa Le Cupe is over 600sqm, mostly on one floor and includes:
- A reception room and a dining room for 16 people which overlook two large South facing covered terraces so that guests may enjoy dining and relaxing al fresco
- A fully equipped family kitchen with separate dining area and sitting room with access to a frescoed loggia
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- A guest bathroom
- A master bedroom with en suite bathroom, sitting room and walk in wardrobe
- A double bedroom with sitting room and bathroom with a shower
- A double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe
- A double bedroom with shared bathroom
- A triple children’s bedroom with shared bathroom.

Villa Le Cupe is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens with lawns, olives and maritime pine trees which, despite the proximity to the sea, provide the privacy and quiet of an exclusive and relaxing holiday.

The swimming pool has a beautiful view of the sea and has a fence to ensure the safety of children.

For those wishing to bring a dog, there is a kennel with both a covered and uncovered area . The garden is fenced all around.

The property is 2 minutes from Cupra Marittima which has all the restaurants, cafes, banks, shops and transport services you’d expect of a buzzing seaside town. The old part of town, Cupra Alta, less than 1 km from Villa Le Cupe, is very charming and has one or two particularly good restaurants.

The motorway entrance, at Grottammare is 10 minutes away and the airports of Ancona and Pescara are both about 1 hour away

Beautiful, spacious beach villa

We stayed in this villa for a week in August 2015 and had a wonderful experience. The house is extremely spacious with plenty of room for one or more families. The house is well equipped, very clean and well kept. We traveled with young children and there was a lot to keep them entertained between the pool, the large yard and children's toys and games. The villa is well situated with nice views of from the yard, and is hidden away via a private, gated drive (Cupra is a safe, quiet beach town anyway). The beach is a short and easy walk from the villa. Although the walk along the road is steep, it is easily navigable for both adults and children. The beach is lovely and renters have use of a front row beach umbrella and have access to the beach club/restaurant. The town, shops and restaurants are in close walking distance and there is a nice jogging path along the beach that connects the towns. The medieval part of the town is also a short, easy walk from the villa and offers a few excellent restaurants and great views. The owners, David and Marina, are extremely friendly, accessible and helpful. David speaks fluent English (and Italian of course) which made all of the logistics easy in planning our trip from the U.S. We loved Cupra and this amazing villa, and hope to return.

Family Holiday

We had a great week here recently. David and his wife couldnt have been more helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left. They helped us get luggage into the villa, were on hand for any questions during our stay and helped with luggage when we left. The villa and pool was perfect for our group of 3 families and the location suited us and the age of our children. The train into Grottamare is also easy for those wanting more to do. We wouldnt hesitate to reccomend to others. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Top vakantiehuis in mooie omgeving

We hebben enorm genoten van het prachtige vakantiehuis met zeezicht, de enorme tuin en het zwembad. We waren met twee grote gezinnen (pubers) waarbij iedereen zich van tijd tot tijd kon terugtrekken op een fijn plekje in of om het huis. We werden allen overweldigd door de grootte van het huis en de klassieke inrichting. Ook mochten we werkelijk overal gebruik van maken. Alles was ruimschoots aanwezig. Het strand is op 5 min lopen en heerlijk rustig met vooral Italianen. Het centrum is klein maar alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaren hebben ons buitengewoon gastvrij en plezierig ontvangen en voorzien van goede restaurants, leuke uitstapjes ed. Een huis en plekje aan de Adriatische kust om terug te keren!

Can be hardly topped!

Highly recommended, we didn't miss anything! the house is fantastic, lots of space and everything clean! The beach just a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? The hospitality can hardly be topped, we were greeted with fresh fruit and sweets, even dinner was thought of!

Amazing stay!

What a great experience! Not only was the house wonderful, the whole property was beautiful. Nice pool, great garden, ravishing views. The owner David is more than hospitable. We never experienced a more friendly and helpful host. Our, kids enjoyed every minute at the house and the proximity to the beach was a mega plus. Our family will definitely come back to Cupra Marittima.

We built Villa Le Cupe over 25 years ago as a permanent residence to a very high standard.
There are 4 french windows leading from the drawing room and dining room to the covered terraces and we like the sense that the garden flows into the rooms especially in the evenings.
