About the Resort…Located at 10901 Front Beach Rd between Wal-mart and the Shoppes at Edgewater, Majestic Beach is situated on 650 feet of gulf frontage. With more amenities than any other resort in Panama City Beach, it is easy to understand why Majestic is in such demand. Featuring three outdoor pools, two heated indoor pools, three hot tubs, splash pool for the kids, three boardwalks to the beach, seasonal pool side dining, Starbucks, ground floor market, deli, tennis court and a theater with stadium seating, Majestic truly has it all.
About the Unit…Located in Tower 1 on the 22nd floor, this unit features WIFI and Netflix movies. Unit includes a washer and dryer and sleeps ten.
The living area has a 42' flat screen, DVD player and queen sleeper sofa with a 6' inner spring mattress. The floor is tiled.
You will be able to cook any meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cookware and serving needs. We start you off with paper towels, trash bags, dish washer powder, Dawn, all-purpose cleaner, and hand soap.
The gulf side balcony features bar height table with chairs, chaise lounge chairs and several sitting chairs. There are entrances from both the living area and master bedroom suite.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, along with a 32' flat screen and DVD player. The floor is tiled and the linens are 400TC. Extra blankets and sleeper sofa linens are in the closet. The private entrance to the master bath invites you to climb in the jetted, garden tub for a luxurious soaking. There is a separate walk-in shower and spacious double sink vanity.
The second bedroom is tiled and furnished with a queen bed, 32' flat screen and DVD player. There is an adjoining, private bathroom.
The third bedroom is tiled and furnished with a queen bed, 32' flat screen, and DVD player.
A fourth bedroom with bunk beds has a 24' flat screen and DVD player. It’s adjacent to the third bathroom. The hallway also accesses the third bathroom.
Step out of any of the showers or tubs on freshly washed bath mats. All bathrooms include a hair dryer and large bath towels.
Your “Helpful Hints” notebook is located on the kitchen counter. It includes information to keep your stay easy.

Check-in at 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Late night check-ins are no problem with our key-less entry. Because we handle everything via email, you don't have to stop by a rental office or worry about long lines checking-in. We try to make your vacation effortless.
To reserve requires a 25% payment of the base rental rate. This payment is considered an advance rental deposit and is non-refundable. Upon receipt of this payment, we will email you a confirmation and rental agreement.
The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless other payment arrangements are made prior to that date.
To complete the reservation process, the balance must be paid in full, you must return both pages of the signed rental agreement along with all signed credit card slips. You may view the rental agreement on the Schulstadt Rentals website.
Once the reservation process is complete, we will email the parking pass, beach vendor coupon, and arrival documents with the unit combination.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime up to the balance due date (14 days prior to arrival) with forfeiture of only the deposit. Once the reservation is paid for, the reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE, and cannot be cancelled with refund.
