This unit is in the heart of North Conway, located right at Settlers Green Outlet Stores; walk out to over 100 outlets. It is ideal for those looking for a romantic getaway, with all the amenities, and privacy that a hotel doesn't offer.
For the skiers, the condo is only 20 minutes from Attitash/Bear Peak and Black Mountain. About 40 minutes to Bretton Woods, Wildcat, and Shawnee Peak. Or venture off to Sunday River in Maine in about an hour. Cranmore is literally in the back yard, only a 5 minute drive to the base lodge. For the couples come back after a day at the mountain to cozy up in front of the romantic fire.
If you have children there are many attractions in the area. The seasonal Scenic Railroad (also a great romantic ride). Storyland is only 15 minutes away and Attitash is also great in the summer with alpine Slides, waterslides, biking, and horseback riding.
There are many Lakes in the area, including Echo Lake and Conway Lake, which is only 5 minutes away. The Saco River is great for Kayaking and Canoeing, or even the occasional lazy float on a tube.
North Conway has very unique antique stores, and hobby shops. Stop into any of them on your drive up 16, you never know what you may find.
The restaurants varieties in the area are limitless. You can get fantastic Italian at Bellini’s, and great Mexican at Margarita Grill. There are so many hidden gems that it would take all day to list them all. Or if you fell like staying in, you can cook right in the unit.
It sleeps four; Queen-size bed in bedroom; day bed in living room and pull out couch.
As for the locals, you will never find a more sincere, courteous group of people. So say hello.
