Our 1650 sg. ft. 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath unit with loft is quite spacious, and perfect for two families.
When you are searching and comparing potential properties please make sure you ask the other owners at similar complexes if they can provide the following features: 2 Pools, A Playground for the kids, Lots of Flat Level Shoreline for Fishing, Space to Play Catch, Frisbee, Volleyball, On-Site Boat Ramp and Trailer Parking, Assigned Boat Slip. Relaxation & Fun at its finest! Here at Cedar Glen, we have just the right answer for your vacation get-away in our 1,650 sq. ft. completely furnished lake-front condo! Our condo is equipped as if we lived there all year long. The complex grounds cannot be beat. Lot's of flat shoreline, no hills or cliffs to deal with, and it's a great family environment.
In addition to the many amenities noted below, you'll find a 10x24 boatslip, including a very nice on-site boat launch and plenty of room to park your trailer -- talk about convenient! Extras such as an additional TV in the loft, with a VCR and a Nintendo game system with games and controllers, will add to your group's enjoyment.
If you are coming to the lake for boating, we are located on the 13-mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the lake. The water is very calm and is the nicest water for enjoying your boating, skiing, tubing or just 'hanging out' in the cove.
Is Fishing in your plans? Crappie and bass fishing are at its finest, and there is plenty of room to fish from the shore, off the dock, or in your boat.
If golf is your game, there are two very nice golf courses right next door. If you need more than two, don't worry ... there are plenty more within a 15-20 minute drive.
Do you want more than water fun? Well, Ha Ha Tonka State Park is only 1/2 mile away, where you can take a leisurely hike, see the remnants of a historical castle, or simply enjoy a natural cold-water spring that leads into the Lake of the Ozarks.
Is shopping your deal? It is a short 20-minute drive to the famous Osage Beach Outlet Mall. Along the way you will find plenty of specialty shops for you to stop and shop. And if eating out is in your plans, there are many restaurants to choose from and which cater to every taste and style.
What would a vacation be without a trip to the Go-Kart Track, Miniature Golf, Water Park, or a visit to the ice cream stand? All are within a 10-minute drive.
There are so many things to see and do at the Lake of the Ozarks, and the location of our unit is ideal. It's secluded from the heavy traffic, but easily accessible to the attractions that will surely make your vacation a memorable one. Easy access off of Highway 54 (no gravel roads to this complex!), allows you to not waste your valued vacation time!
We have hosted many guests, and the comments have always been the same -- very comfortable, extra clean, quite spacious, great layout, and a spectacular view -- and they cannot wait to come back! Even with those comments, we are always open to suggestions and are making improvements to make your stay with us more pleasant. Make sure to let us know if there is something we can do to make your next stay even more enjoyable.
A few final notes ... Cedar Glen is well maintained and very family oriented. Groups interested in loud parties are discouraged from renting our unit. Quiet hours (11 PM to 7 AM) are enforced by the complex Security and they will evict parties that get out of control. We know our guests and neighbors appreciate the Security available at the complex and that these policies ensure everyone can enjoy their time at the lake.

Welcome! We are Dave and Julie Welch of St. Louis, MO. We have two young adult children Jennifer and Josh. We began our lake adventure renting condos and staying with friends until we found our little piece of heavan at Cedar Glen. As our kids were very busy in the summer while growing up, we could not use the condo all the time and decided to share our place with folks interested in vacationing at the Lake.
Why the Owner Chose Camdenton
We bought at Cedar Glen because of several reasons: The complex is A+ and the location was perfect. The Niangua Arm is so pieceful and the water for boating, fishing and relaxation just can't be beat.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our condo is spacious and nicely furnished. It has been well taken care of and the view from our deck is gorgeous. We have hosted so many families over the years, we just know we have put together the perfect family unit.
