This beautifully decorated, warm, cozy studio condo is located 1.5 miles from Eagle Lodge at 2289 Sierra Nevada Rd. Completely remodeled, our studio condo has a full kitchen and 1 full bath. This condo is located on the ground floor in the well maintained and newly painted complex of Mountain Shadows. FREE green line shuttle (to/from Eagle Lodge) stop #43 is right outside the complex. We are only 2 blocks from shops, restaurants, movie theaters and Von's supermarket.
This studio sleeps up to 4 people with 1 queen bed and a queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress, all with down comforters. No cramped bunk beds here! The kitchen is fully equipped with new stove/oven, new microwave, and a full-size refrigerator (no dishwasher). The kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, serving ware, utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, etc. We also have an endless hot water heater so EVERYONE has a nice HOT shower after a long day on the slopes! (Many other studios only have 30 gal. water heaters).
We offer FREE high-speed wireless internet access, FREE coffee and assorted teas, a 26" LCD TV with DVD/CD player with DVD library, wood burning stove (FREE wood included), telephone (local calls only), one large closet and one smaller closet for storing all your luggage and gear (that is vary important in a studio) and a book swap library - bring an old book and swap with one of ours.

Just wanted to say thanks to the owner for opening up her place to families like us with pets. We have 2 small children and the place was perfect for the 2 nights we recently spent there. It is well decorated and well maintained. It is so conveniently located in the middle of Mammoth with easy access and ample parking. We were in a bind with limited places in Mammoth that weekend that accept pets and stumbled across this one. We were pleasantly surprised. Thanks again.

With a queen bed and a queen pull-out couch, this was perfect for my buddy and I. Beds are comfortable, and the room and bathrooms were clean. Location is ideal, close to shops and restaurants. During winter with Eagle lodge is open, you can quickly catch the free mammoth tram. We drove our car up to Main Lodge since Eagle and Canyon were closed. The owner is friendly, very responsive, and willing to work with you to meet your specific needs. Thanks Tammi.

This apartment is very cozy. It was perfect with the dog as the area for pets was adjacent and easy in the morning. The hot tub was nice and hot. While I was there it was very quiet. We'll hope to return.

Description and photos were accurate, property was clean, fully stocked, all amenities and was centrally located. Very comfortable and homey, adored the decor and the wood burning fire it was absolutely perfect! This condo was worth every penny and I would recommend this property to anyone. I hope to make more trips to Mammoth and I hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you for extending your home to us, that's what it felt it, "home" and that made our stay all that much better!

Me, my husband and our friend stayed here in January. I have to say the place is SO cozy and nice, it felt almost if I were home. It's not one of those hotel rooms like condos. We didn't eat outside and cooked ourselves. The condo has every kind of pan you need. By cooking at home we saved a lot of money and could afford snowboard lessons. It was wonderful! We just got back from an awesome trip to Mammoth. The skiing and boarding were great. There were 4 adults and the condo was perfect for us. We sometimes stay in a studio with bunk beds and they are just too small for adults. The pull out in this condo is much better. I like that Tammi turned the bunk bed area into a huge closet for all our stuff. The endless hot water is a great touch too. We didn't have to wait in between showers for the water to heat up again. We all took a shower one after the other, and they were all HOT! The condo was clean, the decor is updated and modern, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a nice dinner after a long day. We highly recommend Mammoth for the skiing and this condo for a great place to stay. We will be back. -John M., Laguna Beach, CA

Tammi's place is convenient to all of the wonders of Mammoth Lakes. We went on the shoulder season between winter and summer and it was fabulous. Tammi is responsive and aims to please. I loved the way the house was painted, it gave it a warm feeling. Kudos for never ending hot water too! Thanks. The stay was great and the supplies were unbelievable - you provided almost everything! I'd rate this four stars. Could not ask for more. :-)
