We stayed here for the fishing opening weekend. The condo was perfect, just as described on the web site. The condo is in the perfect location for fishing streams and lakes through out the mammoth basin and close to the opening weekend festivities at Mammoth village. We will stay here again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Just wanted to say thanks to the owner for opening up her place to families like us with pets. We have 2 small children and the place was perfect for the 2 nights we recently spent there. It is well decorated and well maintained. It is so conveniently located in the middle of Mammoth with easy access and ample parking. We were in a bind with limited places in Mammoth that weekend that accept pets and stumbled across this one. We were pleasantly surprised. Thanks again.

With a queen bed and a queen pull-out couch, this was perfect for my buddy and I. Beds are comfortable, and the room and bathrooms were clean. Location is ideal, close to shops and restaurants. During winter with Eagle lodge is open, you can quickly catch the free mammoth tram. We drove our car up to Main Lodge since Eagle and Canyon were closed. The owner is friendly, very responsive, and willing to work with you to meet your specific needs. Thanks Tammi.

This apartment is very cozy. It was perfect with the dog as the area for pets was adjacent and easy in the morning. The hot tub was nice and hot. While I was there it was very quiet. We'll hope to return.

Description and photos were accurate, property was clean, fully stocked, all amenities and was centrally located. Very comfortable and homey, adored the decor and the wood burning fire it was absolutely perfect! This condo was worth every penny and I would recommend this property to anyone. I hope to make more trips to Mammoth and I hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you for extending your home to us, that's what it felt it, "home" and that made our stay all that much better!

Jack mix were very cozy and loved your splash of style in this little gem. We have been coming to Mammoth for 20 years, this is the smallest place we have ever stayed in but we must admit it was one of our fondest stays. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and our dog. It is hard to find NICE accommodations when you mention a dog, without a huge fee!...I would have liked a radio - but I did have some CDs with us which were fun to hear on your TV so it all worked. Thanks again. THANKS TERRY. I NOW HAVE A RADIO WITH iPOD DOCK AND CHARGER. - TAMMI

Condo in excellent location in town, close to shuttle bus to the slopes. This studio is well appointed and has plenty of room for a couple. The hot tub is HOT!!

EXCELENT CONDO! I was there 12/02/08. Perfect size for up to 4 people. Recent upgrades make this rental a great deal. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. Can't wait to get back.

Hi Tammi! We had a fabulous time in Mammoth! LOVED the condo... it is so cute and cozy! My son did come on Monday too, so we spent the whole week there with the 4 of us :-) Our dog Cody felt right at home too!! We're going to try to do it again next summer!

We just got back from an awesome trip to Mammoth. The skiing and boarding were great. There were 4 adults and the condo was perfect for us. We sometimes stay in a studio with bunk beds and they are just too small for adults. The pull out in this condo is much better. I like that Tammi turned the bunk bed area into a huge closet for all our stuff. The endless hot water is a great touch too. We didn't have to wait in between showers for the water to heat up again. We all took a shower one after the other, and they were all HOT! The condo was clean, the decor is updated and modern, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a nice dinner after a long day. We highly recommend Mammoth for the skiing and this condo for a great place to stay. We will be back. -John M., Laguna Beach, CA

Me, my husband and our friend stayed here in January. I have to say the place is SO cozy and nice, it felt almost if I were home. It's not one of those hotel rooms like condos. We didn't eat outside and cooked ourselves. The condo has every kind of pan you need. By cooking at home we saved a lot of money and could afford snowboard lessons. It was wonderful! My wife and I stayed there Feb 1-3, 2008. When we first walked in, my said, "wow, this is a very cute place". I agreed. It was clean and well furnished & equipped. The parking is great and the complex spa was hot with strong jets. Most important was that Tammi went over & beyond when I left some items in the condo. She made the effort to help retrieve them and get them back to me. My only regret is that we never got a chance to use the cozy fireplace because we were always on the go. Tammi's condo is very cozy and welcoming. We had a great time with our golden retriever there. The location is prime with being close to shops and the movie theater and bus lines. But actually it's just nice hanging out inside snacking, drinking hot coco and watching movies. We've been up there twice and we will be going up again!

This condo is awesome! Super close to shops and restaurants and the bus stop. Mammoth offers wonderful free public transportation. The condo is tastefully decorated and modern with everything you need to enjoy a cozy stay in the mountains. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a fun time in Mammoth.

We had a wonderful time in Mammoth and your condo was perfect and such a GREAT DEAL! We've only been to Mammoth in the winter and never knew how spectacular it is up there in the summer. The weather was perfect and we rented bikes, rented a boat, fished, hiked, and visited the breathtaking Rainbow Falls-a MUST see! The condo was very clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing at the end of an active day. We will be back next summer. Thank you.

We had a great Turkey day weekend, Not much snow, lot of rocks, but still fun. Condo was very comfortable, one of the nicest we have stayed in Mammoth. Kitchen was well stocked that Sue had no problem with Thanksgiving dinner.We will be sure to book this condo again soon.
