This stunning home is perfectly situated between Canoe Pond and Upper Mill Pond. The spacious main level is enhanced by vaulted ceilings, raised paneling, custom cabinetry and stylish decor. A newly renovated kitchen is sunny with bay windows and outfitted with cherry cabinetry, granite counter-tops, and a gas range. The kitchen is adjoined by a dining area which steps down into the large living room with fireplace and bay window offering views of the water. There are two master bedroom suites; one with a fireplace, and the other a 'Romeo & Juliet Balcony' with a view of Canoe Pond. Each has a full bath. There is a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. On the lower level is the family room with a day bed offering 2 twins, a half-bath, and private entrance. Enjoy the 3-season screened sun porch where you can sit, relax, and watch the birds and spectacular sunsets. Just a few steps away, you will find access to Upper Mill Pond for a fresh water swim after a day at the ocean or a serene paddle!

We had a great week and enjoyed our stay in this house. Upper Mill Pond was clean and quiet, and refreshing. Went to several Bay sunsets, Coast Guard Beach, Drummer Boy Park (where our boys enjoyed playing baseball). Biking on the Rail Trail, mini-golfing and bowling! I just returned from a lovely week on the Cape. My group of 4 adults and 1 child stayed at this home. It was spacious, modern, clean and well stocked with kitchen implements and books. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. We had just a couple of small issues. First, only one of the bathrooms has a shower; the other has a tub with a nozzle that you can hold over your head, but no shower curtain. This led to dinner being delayed each night as we all waited to take our post-beach/biking showers. Second, the downstairs bedroom, which has a daybed, has an odor of mildew. I was glad that we were able to fit everyone into the other 3 bedrooms. I'm still giving this house 4 stars, because our overall experience was excellent.Owner response: Thank you for your kind comments and we are glad you enjoyed your stay on the Cape in our home. With regard to the mustiness in the lower level room, we understand there was a fair amount of rain last week, and we do have the dehumidifier in the room in the event that the humidity level increases. Perhaps it was in use and still did not do the job, so we feel badly if that was the case. Regarding the shower situation, one of the things we did when we bought the house was to install an outdoor shower so that we would have a second shower facility. That seems to have been a solution for those who needed a second shower, and also the best shower to rinse sand off after a day at the beach. Again, we are sorry if this did not meet your needs.
