The pool is kept clear and sparkling by staff 3 times a week during your stay at no extra charge.
The front of the house is all glass, creating light filled rooms with tranquil views of the pool, terrace and garden. The expansive tiled terrace is furnished with teak lounges, chairs and outdoor dining table. At sunset the garden is lit automatically by stone lanterns to welcome you home after dark. Additional lighting of the pool, terrace and grounds provides a lovely after dark view while the stucco walls which surround the property provide complete privacy.

The house and furnishings are high quality and very well kept. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house with large and luxurious en-suite bathrooms, firm king-size beds and high quality linens. The extra-large kitchen is very well equipped, but prepared meals from over 20 of Pattaya’s best restaurants can also be delivered--just order from the menus kept in the house.
Out and About Info: Thailand's most popular beach is only a block away and offers windsurfing, para-sailing, banana boat rides, jet ski rentals, and food and drink service directly to your beach chair. Many restaurants and several modern grocery stores are within a 10 minute walk. Jitney taxis run 24 hours and motor scooters are easily rented by the day or week at very low cost. Pattaya City is 10-15 min. away by jitney taxi for a fare of 20 baht per person (about 60 cents!). Pattaya is the second largest city in Thailand and is an exciting and modern venue offering every conceivable form of entertainment, dining, shopping and recreation at bargain prices.
Phone and Internet: Hi-speed internet at very low cost is available in the many i-net shops around the beach, and personal laptops are welcome. Free wireless access is available directly on the beach at Rabbit Resort, a great spot for an excellent cappuchino. Your GSM system mobile phone will work in Thailand with purchase of an inexpensive sim card and prepaid minutes available at any 7-11 mini-market. Americans with CDMA based phones can buy a mobile phone for about $35 with prepaid minutes included.
Bangkok and the airport are just 1.5 hrs away by private air-con taxi for about $35 or by air-con bus from Pattaya for just a few dollars.
