Welcome, and thank you for visiting our site. Our home is located in the Plantation Golf and Country Club Subdivision, a quiet and relaxing area with nature at its back door, but minutes away from plenty of shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. We are only two miles from the Manatee Beach (free to the public) or five miles to Venice Beach (free to the public).
Sit back and relax on the lanai (screened in sitting area) which has a table, chairs and lounge chair along with a Barbeque equipped with all the utensils you'll need to put that perfect touch on lunch or dinner.
Our home has recently been remodeled (2010) with all new flooring. With the perfect touch of decorating, this home really makes you feel like it’s yours. All our guests over the years have complimented us on the improvements we have made to our home.
This is a beautiful West Coast Florida vacation home that includes three bedrooms (sleeps six). The master bedroom has a king-size bed with dresser, night stands and a private full bath and a walk-in closet. There are also two (2) guest rooms, each with queen beds, dressers, night stands and large closets (complete with hangers). There is a full bath room in the hall, large living room, dining area with seating for six (6), kitchen with table seating for six (6), laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, central air conditioning. Linens, towels, and hair dryers are included.
In addition our home is fully loaded with living room furniture that includes a leather couch and love seat, Cable TV, DVD player, CD player, AM/FM stereo, cocktail table and end tables. Our full kitchen has all the appliances, accessories and utensils needed to complete that special meal. Appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are many other appliances/accessories which include a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and mixer just to name a few.

We had a great vacation at your home. The pool was great. The area beaches were great too, my children enjoyed looking for shark teeth and watching people fish at the Venice pier. Many, Many thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves getting acquainting with this lovely area. We walked many beaches. Kinner’s favorite being Brohard Paw Park. We so enjoyed reading out on the lanai, so wonderful all screened in. We played many tennis matches on the public courts in downtown Venice, and of course enjoyed browsing the many interestings stores there as well. Again, thank you for sharing. Patrick, I just wanted to drop you a line a let you know that your home was FANTASTIC! We have been going to Florida in the springtime for more than 15 years and your unit was by far the best. It was more than expected and I will refer your unit to others. My boss was down in Florida, from Detroit, at the same time and he and I hooked up and went to baseball games and he could not believe how nice this rental was. I left 3 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a Polar Tec cooler for your guest to use. I hope this is not a problem. Hopefully they will be there next year when we will return :).
