Tastefully decorated, island style 1 bedroom with Oceanview. We are right on the edge of town close enough to walk in for an evening meal but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of the quaint town of Kailua-Kona. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the building, Apt has been recently redecorated and full kitchen is stocked with lots of extras to make our guests feel at home. Just bring your clothes and cell phone, walk to the Farmer's Market in town for fresh local produce and flowers. Internet cafe is just a short walk. Parking right downstairs.
Enjoy the sunset and Oceanview from our small balcony, pool and barbecue are just downstairs. This is a 3rd floor walk-up, no elevator.3 night minimum. Best rate for comparable property in town at $75 a night or $490 weekly makes this the lowest price for an Ocean View 1bdr in Kailua Kona! Holiday weeks and Ironman week are slightly higher.

Hawaii and the Big Island in particular have been a 2nd home to our family for over 25 years. This is the 2nd condo we've owned there and love Kona Mansions as it's within walking distance of the beach and town without being right in the middle, very peaceful to come home to and the sunsets are fantastic!

Perfect vacation condo for us. Great location, clean and tidy with a well-stocked kitchen and everything you need for a fun time out around the island, or to just relax. Easy access walking or driving. Short walk to downtown restaurants and farmers market. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Kona Mansions. The location was perfect. A short walk to town and to a little beach along Alii Drive (right by the Kona Reef). The bed was really comfortable and it was a good size for 2 people. Thanks Patty.

I just wanted to let you know that Scott and I had a fabulous time on the Big Island. Your place was perfect in terms of location...not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Alii (ah-lee-ee). Yes, I had to ask someone how to pronounce it so that i didn't sound too much like a tourist. We're sad to be back, having to leave behind the sounds of the ocean and the tunes of the ukulele. We frequented, Bongo Bens and Huggos On the Rock....oh, and i can't forget the ABC store. Now i know why they call it the Big Island....it definitely is a lot bigger than i thought. thank you again, for sharing your home with us in paradise. We hope to go back again!

This is a wonderful place! My fiance and I the best time at this condo! The location was ideal (our hawaiian friends couldnt believe the price and location). It was clean,comfortable, and cozy with a wonderful view. We plan on visiting again! Our hawaii trip is one to not be forgotten. These owners are a pleasure to deal with too :)

Great location and wonderful tropical feel, we found it the perfect retreat after a busy day, walked down to the local beach bar for cocktails every night. Perfect for 2 people and appreciated the well stocked kitchen

Adorable apartment, well appointed, very clean and just a few minutes walk to downtown. It was a pleasure to come home here each night to relax, after enjoying all that the Big Island has to offer.
